This charming single storey house is located on a private road, which gives it absolute tranquility and the ease of parking the ideal car, it is surrounded by a pretty garden allowing good naps in a deckchair, and the possibility of nice barbecues ..The house is ideally located on the Bidart plateau, 900 m from Ilbarritz beach, or better, 500m walk from the beach of 100 steps. Easy races 300 m from the Bidart intermarket, and 900 m from the Ilbarritz golf course. The house was refurbished 2 years ago, and therefore has modern equipment. A very good holiday in perspective

Maison bien équipée et idéalement placée à Bidart, proche des commerces, du centre et des plages. Facilité de stationnement de plusieurs véhicules sur voie privée très appréciable. Olivier est accueillant et disponible, et très souple sur les horaires d'arrivée.

Maison propose et bien agencée parfait pour notre besoin bien située petit jardin bien sécurisé pour les enfants ( attention si enfants aventuriers il est possible de passer sous la barrière à certains endroits du jardin cela donne sur un autre jardin car les panneaux en bois ne vont pas jusqu’au sol )

très déçus par le rapport qualité prix. Ecran télé minuscule avec mauvaise qualité de l'image, de son et peu de chaines (très préjudiciable par temps de pluie). Obligation de laisser la porte fenêtre ouverte pour placer l'antenne portable sur la table dehors. Intimité intérieure inexistante dans le sejour pas de rideaux. etc... Très cher au vu des prestations.

De vakantiewoning is ruim, netjes en heeft de nodige voorzieningen. Zeer goede locatie, rustige straat en veilige parkeergelegenheid. Op wandelafstand van de zee, de supermarkten en restaurants. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar Olivier, die eveneens zeer behulpzaam is. Aanrader!
