Gut gelegenes Appartment

Das Appartment ist nahe am Zentrum von Biarritz gelegen und erlaubt es, die städtischen Strände in 15-20 Gehminuten zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum zu Fuss zu erkunden. Für Biarritz, wo in der Hochsaison kaum Parkplätze zu finden sind, ein grosser Vorteil. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte die Dusche kein warmes Wasser. In einem warmen/heissen Sommer ist dies kein grosses Problem, doch muss ein solcher Mangel behoben werden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist in der ersten Augusthälfte (Hochsaison) schwierig. Es gibt zwar vor den beiden Wohnhäusern Parkplätze, doch sind diese fast immer belegt. Einen Platz zu finden ist Glücksache. In der Ausschreibung müsste genauer darauf hingewiesen werden. Man kann nicht davon ausgehen, dass man als Mieter beim Wohnhaus einen Parkplatz findet.

Très bien

Mes amis et moi avons passé une bonne semaine dans l'appartement proposé par M. Debost. Il est à 10 minutes du centre de Biarritz et dispose d'une place de parking ainsi que d'un balcon. Il n'est peut-être pas hyper moderne mais il contient tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine de vacances (à part peut-être un aspirateur qui permettrait de mieux enlever l'inévitable sable au sol). Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, très sympathique que je remercie. Au final, je recommande cet appartement.

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement bien équipé (lave-linge, micro-ondes, four, cafetière nespresso, …) et tous les consommables fournis pour un début/court séjour (sympa). Bien situé à 10-15 mins à pied du centre ville et de la grande plage. Compter plutôt 20 mins pour la Côte des basques. Petits bémols: rue en face peu passante, mais la circulation se fait entendre la nuit fenêtres ouvertes, pas de poubelles containers recyclage/verre à proximité. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour Biarritz, qui est très chère.

Imprécision sur l’annonce

Dans l’ensemble l’appartement reste correct. Mais la description embellis un peu la réalité. La douche italienne reste très modeste au regard du manque d’étagère à l’intérieur de celle-ci qui on dû exister ainsi que de la peinture qui se décolle au plafond. Le plus dommageable reste l’indication d’une place de parking dont l’argument majeur pour Biarritz nous avais convaincu de louer cette appartement, place non créditée à l’appartement, autant dire qu’il est extrêmement difficile de ce garé dans la résidence…Nous nous sommes garé à plusieurs reprise dans des rue éloigné de l’appartement.

Monsieur, j’avais pris en compte votre remarque et modifié ma rédaction du passage sur la place de parking non nominative. Aucun des les autres locataires ne semble avoir vécu l’enfer que vous décrivez. Quand à moi qui utilise les parking 10 mois sur 12, je n’ai jamais eu à me garer à l’extérieur aussi loin que je me rappelle. Désolé que mon annonce vous ait déçu.

Appartement simple et fonctionnel, conforme à la description. Propriétaire à l'écoute. L'appartement est calme, agréable et très bien situé (moins de 15mn de la grand plage de Biarritz). La place de parking est un énorme avantage. Il est facile de pendre sa voiture pour visiter la région.

Apparemment propre très bien situé très proche de tous les commerces on peut se déplacer à pied pour aller à la plage et faire les courses….
