Villa Altos de Santiago

Villa Altos de Santiago is located on the edge of one of the hills that form the bay of Playa Santiago, 150 metres above sea level. This villa offers one of the best views in the area, with several terraces in the rooms of the house, as well as an outdoor swimming pool to make the most of the panoramic views.



It should also be noted that the house is only open to the sea, offering maximum privacy and tranquillity.



The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms spread over two floors.

·On the upper floor there is:

Double suite: 1.80m bed with private terrace and private bathroom equipped with bathtub.

Single suite: 2 single beds that can be joined together and a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

·On the middle floor there is:

Double suite: 1.80m bed with access to a terrace and private bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

Double room: Double bed with access to a bathroom shared with the single room.

Single room: Single bed with access to a shared bathroom.



The common areas include:

- A bright living/dining room equipped with a Smart TV and an outdoor terrace with a chill-out area.

- A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.

- A lower living room with access to the barbecue area with a dining table, pool table and access to the swimming pool.

- Swimming pool with incredible views and toilet, option to heat the pool at an additional cost.





Information to bear in mind:

- The outdoor swimming pool is heated, however the heating service is not included in the cost of the booking. If you would like this option, please let us know so that we can turn on the heating at an additional cost.

- Pool maintenance is carried out twice a week and cannot be postponed. We will inform you of the schedule once you make your booking.

- Please note that a deposit of EUR 200.00 will be held prior to your arrival. This amount will be released upon your departure, provided that the condition of the property remains the same as when you arrived.
