Interior Description
Bellosguardo 3 is a charming three-room apartment on the ground floor. It features a covered veranda of about 10 sqm and a 40 sqm garden with lawn and sea view —an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze throughout the day, as the beach is only 80 meters away. The veranda includes a cozy lounge area with sofa and armchairs.
The apartment is well-finished and comfortable for up to four guests: the living area includes a dining table, TV and sofa, and a kitchenette equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, toaster, kettle, and hob. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double with wardrobe, and one twin with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A reserved outdoor parking space is available for guests.

Online Check-in and Contract

After booking, online check-in is required (uploading ID documents and selfies for all guests).

A short-term rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian, with an English courtesy copy provided before arrival.


Key Collection
Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia , just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Separation
A door-to-door recycling program is in effect. Please use designated bags and dispose of all waste properly before departure.
