Great Apartment!

The property was really really nice. The rooftop terrace was super nice. It had everything we needed. Perfect for a holiday for a couple or maybe 3 people. The owner was super nice and always available If we had questions. It was super clean and had a washing Maschine.

Marvellous stay in Cala Comte

We liked it a lot at Gaetans place. The property was tidy, clean and tastefully furnished. Only the bathroom door is a bit transparent, so you don‘t have real private space when you‘re inside. But on the whole we had a marvellous stay, especially on the nice balcony and the beautiful terrace above. Thanks, Gaetan!

Très bien!

Location bien située, les échanges avec Gaëtan ont été faciles et efficaces. Il a été réactif à nos messages. La location était propre , calme et bien située à côté d’une plage, la piscine sur le toit était un vrai plus et nous avons également profité des 2 autres piscines . Je recommande !!!

Un petit coin de paradis

Une vue exceptionnelle sur le petit port de coralmar , un toit terrasse avec piscine pour prendre l’apéritif , que demander de plus . Appartement très joliment décoré et très confortable. Rien à redire , nous y retournerons pour une 4 eme fois avec grand plaisir

Super endroit

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l’appartement de Gaëtan. L’appartement est fonctionnel, on y manque de rien! Le quartier est très calme ce qui est plutôt sympa.

Schöner Aufenthalt auf Ibiza

Trotz der gegebenen Umstände mit der ursprünglich gebuchten Wohnung haben wir uns mit dem Vermieter gut arrangieren können und konnten unseren Urlaub genießen. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung ruhig und schön gelegen, und auch gut ausgestattet! Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre nicht fehl am Platz. :-)

Superlocatie en net appartement

Fijne plek met uitzicht op zee. Klein appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Gehorig complex, kleine douche zijn de minpuntjes. Maar de inrichting, netheid, communicatie en schitterend uitzicht maken dat goed!

Haben uns super wohl gefühlt

Gaetan ist ein super netter Vermieter. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht .. vor allem der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist ein träumchen. Man kann sogar ein bisschen von es vedra sehen 😃 Das WLAN funktioniert auf dem Balkon am Besten. Im Innenbereich hängt es öfter mal, aber wenn man sich seine Filme/Serien einfach auf dem Balkon herunterlädt, hat man damit keine weiteren Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

PARFAIT

Gaétan a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Logement très propre et bien décoré avec linge de maison de qualité. Belle vue sur cala corral (petit port pas spécialement prévu pour la baignade). Plage de cala tarida accessible à pied en 10 minutes. Le plus, la petite piscine privative sur le toit. Il y a également une piscine collective dans la résidence.

An amazing apartment and a hidden gem in Ibiza.

Cala Tarida is such a beautiful place in Ibiza and the apartment was everything we were expecting. A beautiful view to wake up to. Having the pool on the terrace was amazing but you can also enjoy the facilities on site (the other pools are great for swimming). The apartment had everything we needed for the start of our holidays so we did not have to rush to buy essentials. I can't really think of anything that was not available in the apartment, nor anything to make it better as everything was perfect. Overall the complex is big but with a quiet and friendly community. Highly recommended and we can't wait to go back next year.

Gaëtan is a well deserved superhost. Super cosy and tastefully furnished and clean place. The neighborhood and location are the best hideaway: up the hill, all relevant shops in walking distance and Cotton Beach just around the corner. À la prochaine & merci beaucoup!

Impeccable

Gaëtan est formidable, très gentil, très réactif, aidant. L’appartement est magnifique avec un superbe toit terrasse. Il y a la piscine avec vue sur la crique en bas. Nous pouvons profiter d’un merveilleux coucher de soleil depuis la piscine. Rien à redire nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Apartamento con muy buenas vistas.

El apartamento estaba todo muy bien y la piscina se disfruta mucho. Desde la terraza se puede ver la puesta de sol. El propietario muy amable y atento.
