Single house slightly separated from the rest of the facility that can accommodate 4 + 2 people. Its total surface area is 80 square meters distributed over two floors.
Equipped with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with tub. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, dishes and glasses and has appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, electric coffee machine, moka. The living room is very spacious; it includes a beautiful fireplace perfectly integrated with the structure. In this room you will also find a double sofa bed. The apartment is also equipped with 22 "color TV with digital satellite and telephone system from which you can make and receive calls directly.
Outside, guests have at their disposal a private garden area, equipped with a table and chairs to pleasantly have lunch or dinner outdoors, an umbrella and deck chairs to be able to spend moments in absolute relaxation.
The property also has a covered panoramic terrace with gazebo to be shared with the other guests; the terrace is located in the area immediately adjacent to the swimming pool furnished with small armchairs and tables. It is a place to which guests have free access and where they can enjoy a beautiful view over the Elsa valley.
