Morritt's Grand Resort holiday lettings

I love the East end for the feeling of quiet Cayman, and Castaways is a great location as there are two pools, a brilliant beach which is cleaned each morning, a dock, small shops opposite and beautiful sunrises. The condo is ground floor and stepping straight out to the beach with small kids was perfect, and there is a little shade in the afternoon due to the easterly dircetion so there was the option of shady beach too, very helpful. No balcony to worry about safety-wise and a great patio. As the condo is not at the bat end it is quiet with little foot traffic past, so still private. It had lots of sand toys, pool toys and beach towel, enough to keep a 3 year old very happy! The kitchen was well-resourced and even had measuring cups and spoons to help with baking (which we did a lot!). The showers were lovely, the issue we had with one bathplug was fixed within the hour of it being reported and the aircon was great. We stayed with a baby and 3 year old and the soundproofing is also great (they didn't wake up with thunderstorms, my parents couldn't hear them even when outside the door as the walls are thick). Lots of sockets, comfy beds and furniture, parking right outside. Parrot sanctuary is worth a visit very locally, and there is brilliant snorkeling straight off the beach. Also diving available from Tortuga at the neighbouring dock without having to drive, as well as local options with Ocean Frontiers. Rest of the island easy to reach if you don't drive in rush hour!

Our 3rd time at East End Castaway. These VRBO are the best condominiums on the island. In addition to huge living space they come with 2 giant master suites. You walk out of the unit and you are on the beach. Incredible value.
