Holiday rentals near Colliers Public Beach

Had a most relaxing time in a spacious well equipped property.Quiet location with minimal road noise. Own pool and use of paddleboards, kayaks was great,Perfect location to explore the lesser known attractions of the Island away from the crowds and traffic associated with George Town.Points to note are chickens run freely over the property as they do throughout the Island and the sand from the shoreline has eroded leaving a sinking area when you first enter the water. A small trade off considering it's a perfect home from home vacation.

Had a lovely week staying here, the house has everything you need and is in a great location to explore the island. We will miss waking up to the fabulous sea view each day. We will definitely return.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Mark and Cathy are lovely hosts and very communicative. The house is well stocked with absolutely everything you need. Snorkeling is right outside your doorstep and the pool is shaded and lovely. You will need a rental car to move around and see more sights on the island but this is easy and adds to your adventure. There are restaurants near the home and just a short drive away. The home is just perfect for a relaxing getaway and adventure. You will surely have an amazing stay at Mahogany Point 5!

We booked this place at the last minute and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. The owner even allowed us to have a few friends over for lunch on Sunday. The property itself is very comfortable and homely. The most noticeable thing is how clean the entire place is. It is not a new house but that did not matter to us. The house was clean and inviting. The six bedrooms and six bathrooms were plenty for us as we were a group of 8. The pool was very clean and we used the charcoal grill one of the evenings. We walked to the small grocery and liquor store three houses away!! The house has a good, comfortable and unpretentious vibe which we loved. The view was lovely but you can’t swim in the ocean outside. That is so for most of the properties on that side of the island. The only challenge for us was that the kitchen and living room were on the second floor but even that was not too much of an issue. There were three bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. Downstairs also had a small living room area so everyone had their own space. We would stay here again.

We could not have wished for more in a rental: a very responsive host, home from home accommodation, and perfect location on a huge -and close- reef! Thank you for the opportunity Christine and Tom!

We booked this apartment, having stayed at another here previously, we were not at all disappointed. The location is still, for us, the best on the island, away from Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach, but close enough when we wanted to visit. We had pre booked some diving with Ocean Frontiers, about 9 miles away on East End, they were brilliant, so good, we booked some more, we would highly recommend them. We spent more time this year than previously by the pool at the apartment, which again was excellent, clean, warm and enough beds around for all the families that were visiting at the same time as us. Plenty of space that you don’t feel overcrowded. The apartment is well equipped and has almost anything you could want in a holiday rental. The view from the balcony is still my favourite and we had breakfast there most mornings (when not diving), incredibly relaxing. We would highly recommend #207 and are looking forward to a return visit.

The property was perfectly located for us. It’s a quiet area with a secluded beach. Great snorkelling on the reef outside and easy access. The house was absolutely lovely and fully equipped, we couldn’t have asked for more. It felt like we were in a home rather than just a rental. We had a fabulous, relaxing week at Babylon Reef - just wish it could have been longer! The villa was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. We enjoyed spending time in and beside the lovely pool, as well as snorkelling and scuba diving in the ocean. The location was perfect - quiet, secluded and private, but handy for local restaurants and only about 40 mins drive from George Town and Seven Mile Beach. We'd love to return some day.
