この真新しい3ベッドルームシービューヴィラは、ビーチからわずか600 mのカパリの静かなエリアにあります。
1階には、広々としたスイミングプールエリアに開く美しい家具付きのリビングルーム、日陰のベランダにスライディングドアを開くキッチン付きのゲストトイレとダイニングエリアを備えています。
大理石の階段は1階に続いており、そこには家族用のバスルームと3つのベッドルームがあり、そのうちのマスターベッドルームには専用バスルームとウォークインシャワールームがあります。
すべてのベッドルームからは、部分的な海の景色が楽しめます。

Das Haus ist an sich schön, jedoch alt. Abnutzung war stark zu sehen. Die Spülmaschine müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden, der Pool ist mit einer Folie bezogen, so auch noch nie gesehen. Der Backofen müsste dringend mal ordentlich gereinigt werde, wie auch eigentlich das ganze Haus, Fenster, Boden etc. Ich persönlich fand es nicht sauber, Staub, fehlende Bettdecken und die Steckdosen waren nicht europäischer Standard, was nicht so schlimm war. Relativ kleine Doppelbetten, kann man aber auch mit leben. Ab und an roch es nach Kläranlage am Pool, keine Ahnung woher es kam. An sich war der Aufenthalt aber schön. Die Lage auch soweit.

As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.

Well according to expectations

I put a 5 in location due to being exactely where it says it is, with that said it is not central but walking distance from Kapparis, which in my opinion has some of the best restaurants on the east coast anyway. There is a lamp on the outside connected to a motion sensor which is turning itself on all night. The pool was a bit dusty from the the air and rain and it was also low on water, these things were fixed 2 days after check in, we stayed a total of 6 days. We got new towels immidiately when letting villa2let know about missing some. Over all, absolutely recommend it. It is exactely as it looks on the pictures, and everything worked properly. Stay has been lovely and we would book it again.

We had a wonderful vacation at this villa. It is located in a quiet area, providing us with a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is cozy and clean, with a modern interior and all the necessary amenities. It is worth mentioning that the pool requires a complete renovation of the lining, although in its current state, it still served as a place for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook delicious homemade meals. Excellent Wi-Fi signal in all parts of the house. We hope the pool will be updated soon. Overall, this is a great option for those looking for a quiet and comfortable place to vacation. We were satisfied and plan to return to Cyprus again.

Wouldn't recommend it.

It could have been perfect. It is a nice, modern house, poorely decorated, but still a nice house. The only BAD THING is their mattresses. We were a group of 6 people, and none of us had any sleep for 3 nights in a row. They were so hard, so uncomfortable, so awful that you couldn't sleep at all. Our whole vacations were destroyed because we were like zombies for 4 days. No energy for the rest of the day. It is sad because other than that everything else was decent enough.
