Simple the best!

Apt Erika is the creme de la creme in Coralli.. We have stayed in five different apartments, they are all fantastic within a stone throw from the warm sea. This is the top floor end apartment with 360 panoramic views. This is our second time in Coralli apartments and we have already booked next year's stay. Being from the hospitality business it is easy to be critical but for the first time I can honestly say I cannot find fault with the service. Any very minor issue we have had has been resolved immediately. The apartments are already very well equipped but anything above and beyond was delivered to us immediately. From Ernesta in reservations to Antonio with his tech support and maintenance they are a special team and the cleaning staff are second to none. The apartment itself is perfect but the Villas2let team give it an extra special place by providing a first class experience. We can't thank you all enough and we are already looking forward to next year before our holiday has even finished.

Very nice view

A very nice view. Only a short walk to the sea. Great for swimming or snorkling. There is a nice walk along the sea to go into town.

Superb customer care

From the moment we arrived for our four week stay at apartment A3019 in Coralli Spa Resort Marie from Villas2let was there to help make our first visit to Cyprus a most memorable one. She gave us a contact number and was there to answer any of our questions and deal with anything else almost immediately. They have a very efficient and reliable support team around them to deal with issues concerning the property and arrangements to get into the apartment were simple and straight forward. The apartment itself was the best in the resort, being on the top floor closest to the sea with an additional double aspect full length sliding window directly looking out to the sea and path leading to Big Tree Bay. We made use of the free tennis courts and numerous swimming spots along the coast. Big Tree Bay is only a 15 minute walk along the well maintained coastal path. The apartment is well located with a stop within 5 minutes Walk selling essential goods and a bus stop outside taking you into Aiya Napa or Paralimni for only 1.5 euros. The apartment is well equipped and there is plenty of hot water. The television network provide both BBC and ITV channels and a host of films you can watch at your leisure. The best part of this apartment is the views and to hear the waves from the sea when you look out from any of the many windows. Amazing. Thank you Marie and Villas2let for an amazing experience. We were there mid November until mid December so we had the block to ourselves most of the time so had no issues with noise.

Apartment with an amazing view

Apartment was clean and tidy with an amazing sea view in two directions. Close to Fig Tree Bay and all amenities. Swimming pool was great size and had sunloungers available to use. Highlight of the holiday was swimming with turtles in the bay in front of apartment. Negatives included noise from the roof which could be heard at random times vibrating through the walls of the bedroom. TV and Wi-Fi reception were not great. Sofa bed in the lounge was the only seating and was very uncomfortable.

May Holiday

We have had a fantastic week's holiday in this apartment. The view is spectacular and you never tired of it. It's just a 10 - 15min walk into Protaras, either by the new coastal path or along the main road. The shower was damaged on arrival but the host organised it to be replaced the nest day which was appreciated. Only downside would be the shower itself which is very small.

the room was very bad Bid have bedbugs Fire alarm ring without reason Dead cockroaches on the wall stained pillows Terrible odor in the fridge The view is beautiful but the apartment need to be refurnish and change all the Furniture The windows have to be soundproof
