Villa Luciana Residence - Five-Bedroom Villa with Two Pools and Spa Center
Villa Luciana Residence is situated just 10 minutes drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa and consists of two completely separated new apartments with a common large terrace
Pools and hot tubs are located above the accommodation with the separated entrance to pool area.
Guests have Finnish Sauna at their disposal in agreement with the owner, 2 hours a day.
In 2020 villa is completely renovated.
If guests want early check-in or late check-out it is possible and can be agreed but only before arrival of guests and it costs 50% of daily price.
Owners lives at the upper part of villa and they are at guests disposal always if guests need help. Guests have whole privacy at their part of villa.
The first apartment consists of a kitchen (large kitchen with island which is fully equipped: two refrigerators, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ....) a dining room which is 29 square meters with a fireplace, separate living room, two bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms, one smaller with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment has two air conditioners and the size is slightly larger than 100 square meters. The whole property is newly furnished and modernly equipped with Kare design furniture - Meblo trade. There is a large terrace in front of the apartment with separated external access and outdoor furniture ( table and chairs). Apartment sleeps 4 guests.
The second apartment consists of a dining/ living room and a fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with king size beds (one room has a bathroom with walk in shower and the other two share a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is newly equipped with the outdoor barbecue, table and chairs. There is a completely private entrance with direct communication through the terrace which is 28 meters long. Apartment sleeps 6 guests
Given the new situation with Covid -19, the apartments are rented as a one unit, for the complete safety of our guests.

We would like to welcome You where dreams become nothing but pure reality with this crowned jewel of our long year experience and hard work. You will never ever have any problems understanding full time service and absolute privacy, because Your commodity is our responsibility. You will feel the difference. On 900 square meters You are more than welcome to enjoy anything You can think about. All the details You will see are carefully and with high precision made just for You to enjoy in the highest standard possible. You will find waterfall surrounded by flowers, green grass, BBQ facilities and an outdoor shower. There are also other facilities such as mini pool and delightful fishpond with Koi fish. Now, large pool with a massage bench for You to relax and enjoy in beautiful harmony. Other than sunbeds surrounding the pool, there is a covered terrace with a bar. It is fully equipped. Last, but not least, there is Jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the surrounding area, sunbeds, parasol and table tennis. Also, we would like to mention saunas. First is color therapy sauna and the other one is Finnish. In 2020 villa is completely renovated.
