The building enjoys an excellent illuminating air relationship with a large internal patio with centuries-old olive tree and space for grilling, a terrace overlooking a private swimming pool with sea water with a private entrance to the sea with a small mooring for inflatable boats. The property has a garage and several outdoor parking spaces. Playa Sardinia sailing school is 9 km away, and Capo Testa is 27 km from the villa.
