Comfortable, beautiful, best location.

The house is very quiet, with comfortable spaces that allow to have gatherings of friends and family. The house is very functional and has beautiful views over the sea and fields.

Perfect house, very quiet, away from the coumpounds. A beautifull view on the countryside & the sea. The house and the pool are functionnal. Very recommended.

Large & Spacious Villa

Property was a good size and spacious with 5 separate bedrooms over two floors. Some areas looked tired and in need of refurbishment. Good sized pool and outside space but better furniture needed. No wifi available. Car is essential as restaurants and places of interest are quite a distance from the property.

Gute und sehr schöne Unterkunft.Die ganze Finca sehr gut ausgestattet.Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.Lediglich zu bemängeln wären die Ventilatoren.Da keine Klimaanlage in der Unterkunft ist, sollte da Evt in ein bisschen hochwertigere Ventilatoren investiert werden.Der Pool ist klasse.Der Ausblick fantastisch.Alles in Allem ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen

La maison est parfaite et la vue est merveilleuse, bien plus belle en réalité vs les photos.La maison était très propre, le wifi puissant y compris ds les chambre du bas. La piscine entretenue et bien propre.Ns avons passé une excellente semaine.Heinz ns a facilité notre semaine en ns conseillant plein de restaurants et plage.Ns recommandons cette maison.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick und tollem Pool. Leider war bei unserem Besuch Einiges am Haus Reparatur- bzw. Renovierungs-bedürftig. Beim Check-In mussten wir den Schlüssel selber in einem 45 Autominuten entfernten Ort abholen. Die Sauberkeit von Bädern, Küche und Boden war verbesserungswürdig.

Séjour en Sardaigne sauvage

Super séjour a côté de valle mare. Maison isolée,très propre avec 4 belles chambres décorées avec gout. Très bonne literie. Très belle Vue sur mer.

Very good choiche

The property is nicely finished, big and in a beautiful location, near to several beaches and just outside the village of Vignola Mare. The pool and terrace offer a perfect holiday experience. However, there are some details that could improved in the utilities and in the garden. The description of the house is not clear, as there are 5 double rooms and an additional room with a sofá bed of about 100x190 cm. In the living room of the lower floor, at the pool level there are two additional sofa beds, one double (that should be ameliorated) and one single. This living room is quiet and can be used as a bedroom, however as always the beds offer a better confort so this house would be best for groups of 10. Communication with the owner is easy and he replays quicky to the messages.

Sardegna 2021

La struttura rispetta la descrizione, è pulita e il proprietario è sempre reperibile per mail e ha un referente locale che è molto disponibile ( abbiamo avuto un problema con un bagno che ha risolto in un giorno). La proprietà è isolata, ma la presenza della piscina è un plus per le giornate che si vogliono trascorrere a casa. La vista mare dalla terrazza è incantevole. Spiagge bellissime nel raggio di 15 km. Il segnale telefonico è buono, mentre la copertura dati scarsa. Suggerimenti: 1. qualche grado in più nell'acqua della piscina 2. TV visibili solo canali in francese integrare con decoder italiano. 3. Migliorare il sistema wifi poiché debole.

Villa très accueillante et parfaite pour des familles ou des groupes d'amis. Au bout d'un chemin improbable, vous trouverez tout se détendre, profitez de la Sardaigne au sein d'un environnement préservé... petit plus... la vue et la (grande) piscine.

Wow: There was a problem with the public water supply (force majeur) ; client was immediately helped with an alternative house and got full repayment of rent - and nevertheless such a poor rating?!
