The property is distributed across a ground floor, a first floor, and a second upper floor, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms throughout, all furnished in a warm and inviting country house style.

The ground floor welcomes you with an open living and dining room featuring a panoramic window that frames a stunning view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. This space includes an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a satellite TV. A direct exit leads from this area to the garden. Also on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom and an open studio with a double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchenette on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with bidet and WC completes this floor.
