rundum gelungenes Paket

Wir wohnten Ende April für 10 Tage in diesem Appartement. Man wohnt sehr ruhig in den Bergen und ist trotzdem mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei Supermärkten oder Tavernen, auch zum Strand oder nach Rethymno ists nicht weit. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, alles ist sauber. Wir hätten uns Fliegengitter an Fenstern und Terassentüren gewünscht. Wir haben zu zweit hier gewohnt und dafür war das O.k., mit mehr Personen wäre uns das Appartement zu klein...

Ideal gelegen für Wanderungen

Wir haben das Appartment zu fünft als Startpunkt füe Wanderungen in verdchiedene Schluchten und Berge genutz und waren höchst zufrieden mit jeglicher Ausstattung, dem Service und dem Zustand der Wohnung! Sobald man etwas mobil ist, hat man hier den idealen Ort für Ruhe, schöne Aussicht und mot etwas Glück ist man allein, sodass man auch abends mal lauter sein kann

Calme et paisible

Très bon séjour dans une villa agréable et bien soignée. Nous conseillons d'arriver de jour car elle n'est pas forcément très facile à trouver. Nous avons profité du calme et de la magnifique vue panoramique. La villa est à proximité de Réthymnon (2ème plus belle ville de l'île) et à environ 1 heure de la Cannée : plus belle ville de l'île. Nous avons profité également de bonne attentions à notre arrivée : corbeille de fruits, eau et jus de fruits. Stavros est discret et aux petits soins.

We loved it!!!

After a small adventure to find the location (we arrived very late in the night) everything was found as described. Wonderfull view to the coast, located at the edge of olive trees, very calm and relaxing, with more equipment in the flat as you would normally expect, very clean with all services. Best experience was breakfast on the terasse with wonderfull view at nice temperatures (27-29 degrees). We are sure to come back next year. Crete surroundings: wow!!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa: moderne, propre, fonctionnelle et avec une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. Nous étions 5 et il y avait assez d'espace pour qu'on ne se marche pas dessus (sauf peut être dans la salle de bain). La piscine est la bienvenue pour terminer au frais après une chaude journée. L'accès à la villa est le seul hic: nous nous sommes perdus avant de pouvoir repérer le chemin malgré les indications de Stavros (on est arrivé en pleine nuit donc ça n'aidait pas non plus...). Stavros est au petit soin, toujours disponible et chaleureux. Comme nous arrivions tard, il nous a rempli le frigo pour avoir de quoi manger le lendemain et pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Bref, un service plus qu' excellent et un super rapport qualité-prix (en dehors de la haute saison bien entendu). A proximité: Rethymnon à 5mn, Chania à 1h, le monastère d'Arkadi à 15mn, le lac de Kourna à 40mn.

Sehr nettes Appartement mit Pool

Wir haben hier 10 gemütliche Tage mit unserem 5 jährigen Sohn verbracht. Alle Räume klimatisiert und sogar eine Waschmaschine gibt's hier. In 2 Kilometer Entfernung kann man das Meer sehen, man ist aber ein Stück im Landesinneren und es ist daher schön ruhig. Absolut zu empfehlen für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber auf Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool nicht verzichten wollen.

Great place, great views

I had a really great time at my stay at this villa for 11 days in August. The mountainous location can be challenging to get to (make sure you prepare your route in advance), but it's a suitable price to pay for some brilliant rural scenery with olive trees, rolling hills, and the sea. The nearby town of Rethymno is perfectly placed for day trips to tourist attractions in both North Western and North Eastern parts of Crete. The apartment in the villa is well styled, very clean, and brightly lit. Cleaning lady came around to service our apartment twice during our 11 day stay, and all cleaning equipment was also provided for self service in between. Facilities at the apartment were well modern and well maintained, incuding free fast WiFI, satellite TV, coffee maker, etc. The iron was missing initially, but provided very promptly on request. An internet outage overnight was quickly resolved early in the next day. Although the pillows were very soft and good, two of the three matresses had noticeable springs and felt uncomfortable - I'd recommend that these are replaced with firmer mattresses. Patio area has a seating table, barbeque grill provided, and a swimming pool right outside. The pool seemed a bit on the small side, but it was clean and regularly serviced. There's no shallow end, so make sure you bring your armbands for younger children.

Home away from home

My husband, two children and I stayed at Villa Iperion for three weeks in July-August. Although we had clear instructions on how to get to the villa, we got a little lost upon exiting the highway but recovered our path quickly and arrived at what would be our vacation premises for the next three weeks. Upon arrival we found our fridge stocked up with the basics and that was a blessing as we could just ease into our stay at the villa before rushing to the supermarket. The Cretan Raki, a true reflection of Cretan hospitality, was divine. The breathtaking view of blue sea, the scents from the local plants in the garden, and the solitude were just what we needed to kick off our family vacation. Although the villa is on the small side it functionally contains all the required amenities to make ones stay enjoyable and comfortable. Fortunately we only had one family staying at the adjacent villa which meant the shared pool was pretty much to ourselves. Our children and their cousins, who live nearby, enjoyed it thoroughly. After a few days it literally felt like coming home from our daily adventures. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the entire company is very professional and made sure all our needs were met. Thank you Stavro, and Stelio and our wonderful cleaning lady Ida, and the always on the go maintenance man Kosta! You have all helped create a very memorable vacation for us. Please keep and eye on the two stray dogs in the area. They were inseparable and it was a pleasure to take care of them.

It was an excellent stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is a quiet and nice place. The view from the porch is awesome. It is a little bit hard to find, but with GPS it works quite well. we definetly recommend this place when you want to get away from the touristic places in Crete.
