Villa La Calma

Villa La Calma is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, just 1 km from the centre of Blanes and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach.



Recently renovated, the villa combines modern design with high-quality furnishings. The kitchen and bathrooms are completely new, and the interior is carefully decorated to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday.



Access & Parking



The villa is accessed at street level, where there is a private garage for one car. Additional vehicles can easily park on the street in front of the villa.



Garden & Ground Floor



Up the stairs, you reach the spacious garden with natural grass, a real luxury in the area.

On the ground floor, you will find:



Spacious living room with a separate TV area and Smart TV



Dining area and modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen



Access to the rear terrace with Weber gas BBQ and ping pong table, ideal for families and entertainment



Front garden area



Private swimming pool, with a shallow area perfect for small children. The pool uses a saltwater system, free of chlorine, for a healthier and more pleasant swim



Outdoor dining table and sun loungers



This floor also includes two bedrooms:



Double bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub



Bedroom with two single beds and shower cabin (ideal for children)

These bedrooms are connected via the bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet.

The upper floor features two more bedrooms:

From this floor, you can access a large rooftop terrace with chill-out area and retractable awning, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sun and the views.

An outstanding villa in an unbeatable location. Completely private with breathtaking views, it ticked every box for our family with two young children — spotlessly clean, brilliantly equipped, and with a shallow pool the little ones absolutely loved. The double garage was a great bonus too.Coastal Villas were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish — helpful and quick to respond throughout.The local beach is beautiful, with a lovely beach restaurant (lunch only, so plan accordingly), and the surrounding area has a great selection of shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Truly a beautiful stay, with an excellent team at coastal villas. They communicate with us the whole trip and resolved any minor issue that came up so quickly. Fabulous and huge villa with great views and a gorgeous pool area. Also walkable to a local beach and into Blanes. Unfortunately there was major construction work happening right next door that the agent was unaware of and unable to resolve for us. Worth checking before booking.

Great pool, but early in the season (late May) it is quite cold. Fantastic rooms and facilities, but be aware that you will need to bringbuy everything consumable. Even salt, pepper and dishwasher tablets. The 4th room with the single beds has a shower in it and there is no shower in the bathroom with the bathtub. Just be aware that people staying in the two rooms on the ground floor will House is in great location in walking distance from Blanes city center, beaches, bars and restaurants. A car is recommended when renting the house, however, due to distance to grocery stores and other sights in the area.

The size of the villa was great for our party. The pool was enjoyed by all. Great views from the terrace. AC very much welcome. The area was lovely and felt safe. Nice big table outside that was plenty big enough for all of us. Comfy beds. Agency were really friendly and helpful, responding very quickly to a couple of issues. Would absolutely stay again. Some of the outdoor furniture was tired and worn. One chair broke whilst one of our guests sat down on it and the cloth on one of the loungers torn as one of the guests turned over whilst sunbathing. Also the decking in places had lifted, causing a trip hazard. Some tupaware/food storage containers would be good in the kitchen. Maybe a couple of extra pillows

nous avons passé une très bon séjour avec nos amis. la maison est juste magnifique, la vue incroyable, la mer a 5 minutes a pied et facile d'accès. nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Blanes n'est pas une très jolie ville balnéaire mais reste très agréable. les chambres, les salles de bains et la cuisine tout était parfait. le seul petit bémol, les rideaux des chambres sont difficiles a fermer. je recommande ++++

Hemos pasado dos semana este julio en esta bonita casa. Las vistas son preciosas y la casa muy espaciosa. La playa, Cala Bona, está a 5-10 minutos a pie, hace bajada/subida, pero también se puede aparcar gratis en el club, reduciéndose el trayecto a un par de minutos. Es una playa preciosa con un restaurante a pie de playa. La casa tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual para los meses de verano es genial. El único aspecto negativo la distribución de la planta baja. Ya que las dos habitaciones comparten el baño, pero éste solo tiene una bañera (sin ducha) y la ducha se encuentra dentro de uno de los dormitorios, con lo cual se hace difícil compartirla. Como estábamos en familia no fue gran problema, pero con amigos hubiera sido más complicado/molesto. También indicar que para llegar a la entrada de la casa desde la calle hay que subir unas escaleras con unos 20 peldaños. En la web hay un montón de fotos, pero ninguna de estas escaleras, las cuales serían molestas para personas mayores o personas con dificultades para caminar. En resumen una casa muy recomendable, nos hemos sentido muy cómodos.

Sehr schöner Pool und mega Blick aufs Meer. Strandnah und gute Umgebung Es wäre eine weitere Terrasse am Wohnzimmer schön, die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien könnte umfangreicher sein, größerer Grill, Tischtennisplatte hinter dem Haus, der Garten könnte noch schöner gestaltet werden - momentan sehr karg. Haus eher geeignet für 6 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder.

L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter de la cala Bona sans se soucier du stationnement, la vue est magnifique, les 3 chambres bénéficient d’une vue mer, de salle de bain indépendante avec dressing et les climatisations fonctionnent correctement. Pour améliorer le confort de la villa, il faudrait ajouter un peu de matériel de cuisine, vaisselle, plats et autres accessoires…Ce qui permettraient aux familles de faire de belles tables dans la villa.

Bonita casa en la costa brava

Die geräumige Villa mit Doppelgarage liegt am Hang in einer Sackgasse mit wirklich tollem Blick über den Garten und Pool aufs Meer und die Küste. Aus zwei der Schlafzimmer kann man vom Bett aus die Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Ein Traum! Auch das dritte Schlafzimmer ist exzellent und hat einen direkten Zugang zur riesigen Dachterrasse. Wir fanden die Villa klasse und würden sie unbedingt weiter empfehlen, trotz der Mängel, die man ja größtenteils problemlos beheben kann. Costal Villas war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist im Vergleich zu den anderen dreien leider nur mäßig. Hierin befindet sich die Dusche des ansonsten mit dem großen Doppelzimmer im EG gemeinsam nutzbaren Badezimmers. Ziemlich unpraktisch. Dieses vierte Zimmer eignet sich tatsächlich bestenfalls als Kinderzimmer. Es fehlten -nach der Winterpause-diverse Glühbirnen im Haus, die Heizkörper waren ohne Funktion, wir mussten leider über die Klimaanlage heizen. Zur Zeit standen nur drei Liegen zur Verfügung. Das soll bitte nur als konstruktive Kritik gewertet werden. Die Villa ist klasse!
