This cozy one bedroom house has been completely renovated and decorated with great detail. It has direct access to the sea and has one of the best views of the Costa del Sol.
It has two large terraces, one at the main entrance and the other at the back, overlooking the sea and with access to a small private garden with a direct door to the beach.
The house is distributed in two floors. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm x 200 cm and a complete bathroom.
Going up to the second floor we find the kitchen and the dining room. It has a very careful decoration and large windows that allow the entry of natural light. The living room communicates with the terrace, from which you can see spectacular views of the beach.
The house is very close to the town of Estepona, in the Villas Andaluzas urbanization. The urbanization has a swimming pool and communal gardens open all year round, as well as a parking area. The house also has a private parking space.
This is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the best holidays. The area has supermarkets and shopping centers nearby. In addition, it has a promenade, which passes beside the house, with an extension of more than 8 km.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
