This is a family project designed for people who give preference to ease and centrality without having the environmental cost of that choice. It intends to offer a house with a privileged location that can accommodate a group of up to 6 people with convenience, comfort and hygiene, which can provide a few days with a lot of green and tranquility but also with ease of accessing the city center and exploring the best that Lisbon has to offer to those who visit us.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a travel cot for babies.
It has a renovated WC with easy access for people with reduced mobility, a feature that becomes an added value because from the garage or the exterior walkway of the building, it provides easy mobility for guests who need to move in a wheelchair.
The accommodation also has a full kitchen that addresses the usual needs of a family.
The living room, which has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, has a flat screen TV and WiFi throughout the house.
The apartment is located in a vast area of the city called Parque das Nações, this place of choice is not only suitable for families but also excellent for meeting business needs. Well served by the metro network that takes you to the city center in 20 minutes or to the Lisbon Zoo, train to the beautiful village of Sintra or even visit Porto or Algarve, buses to Santuário de Fátima and many other destinations as well as taxi . There is a river front for walking, exercising or cycling with almost 4 km of promenade, served by restaurants, some bars and the Vasco da Gama shopping center or even a casino. For the little ones, the Lisbon Oceanarium is a must visit and certainly the gardens, green spaces or even the marina will be a crossing point in an area of the city that was created to live and work from a root project.
