Guest are REQUIRED to maintain house keeping.This includes removing all trash and emptying all garbage and recyclables into the green bin outside and placing the bin on the curb, EMPTYING and CLEANING SPILLS of fridge/stove/dishwasher, re-shelving all kitchen ware, returning keys to lock-boxes and racks and TURNING THERMOSTAT DOWN TO 55 DEGREES BOTH IN MASTER-BEDROOM AND FAMILY ROOM as energy is tracked hourly,and keeping the FIRM check out time of 12 pm noon. The service crew charge $125/hr overtime.

The deposit will be returned one week when Service Crew has serviced the condo.
Housekeeping does not include general cleaning. This is covered by the cleaning and linen fee.
Maintain house keeping as you go, like you would your own home !!! Enjoy.
Please note, there is a fixed non movable security camera inside the condo that is pointed at the front door,for your security.

Please no inebriated boisterous noisy conduct.No late night. Loud music. No late night noisy traffic in and out of the condo.
The police are on the lookout for for your protection.
As you will see they conduct frequent patrols.You will feel very safe.
