This Townhouse is located beach block in Gardner's Basin. You will have beautiful bay views you will also be in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the Atlantic City Aquarium , famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, charter fishing boats, parks, miniature golf and fishing areas. You will be a short ride to casinos, water park and convention center. You can park your car in the driveway and forget about driving for the remainder of your stay if you wish. This is the only vrbo rental I own and your happiness is my number one priority! :-)

I only book to guests who have hosts reviews on their profile of 4.9 stars or higher. I do not except new travelers with no reviews.
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is supplied. Guests are asked to purchase more for longer stays.
Late checkouts requests require a 48 hour notice. no access to house keepers closet. there are Roku tv's, there is no cable tv. no parking in garage.

This is our second year staying here. It’s a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood close enough to a nice small beach. It’s perfect for a family with children of all ages.

Very satisfied!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was perfect, only steps from the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and very well maintained. Our host was always in communication with us and there if we needed anything. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great location and clean rental.

Awesome stay

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. Very clean and in a great location. Neighborhood is very quiet and easy to get to hotels and restaurants from the home. Joe was a great host and responds to any questions very quickly.

Great Atlantic City rental

Stayed here with friends and family for Memorial Day weekend while our daughter had a volleyball tournament at Harrah's. It was a perfect rental, extremely clean and well-equipped. The beach is truly steps away and it's short drive to the casinos and outlets,

Wonderful weekend at the beach!

Everything we needed for a wonderful family beach weekend was here. The beach was just a short walk away and the area was so nice. Just a 10 min drive to the rides on the boardwalk. I would definitely rent this house again!

Family Vacation

As first time AC vacationers, we couldn't have asked for a better host! Joe consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Great spot in AC

We had a great stay at this house. House was super clean and only a block from the beach. It was also a great location to walk to the casinos on the boardwalk. Highly recommend for any looking for an alternative to a hotel in AC. We are already talking about going back :)

Great place for family trip

The accommodation was generally spacious and we all slept very comfortably. Loved the proximity to the beach as well as boardwalk. The property also comes with beach essentials like chairs and a wagon. The owner made himself available and communicated the perfect amount. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with water views

We loved staying at this property. Everything was clean and well equipped for our stay. I was so nice to not have to bring towels/linens or rent for our stay. Checkin and checkout were as simple as could be. Joseph communicated with us throughout our stay and was always prompt with responses.

Great for three-generation family vacation

The townhouse was in a great quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach. We loved the bikes and beach chairs with wagon! Check-in was super easy, and Joe was very responsive when we needed something. We also appreciated that there wasn't a long list of things to be done at checkout, especially since we had to leave very early in the morning.

Weekend in A/C for cheerleading competition.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood near the water and the aquarium. The townhouse had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. Joe checked in to make sure everything was ok and to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely rent the townhouse again if in the area.

Hidden Gem Neighborhood of Atlantic City

6 friends over 50 had a great stay at this comfortable townhouse! It was stocked with kitchen utensils and comfortable bedding. The location is an easy walk to a beach, an aquarium and a few casual restaurants. It’s a drive to the casinos and main strip of the boardwalk, but we were satisfied to hang out in this less crowded area. Thanks Joe for being a great host.

Wonderful time!!

We enjoyed the location with younger children as the 2 block walk to the bay side beach is so convenient. The property was very clean. Joe was very helpful- even delivered ice! His communication made our stay all the better. This property is very clean and has lots of room and the neighborhood is safe.

Hello, My name is Joe. I was born and raised in New Jersey and have been a firefighter in Atlantic City for 23 years. I purchased this newly constructed townhome in 2004. In my opinion this is the nicest and safest neighborhood in Atlantic City. This property is steps from the surf and sand and steps to some of the best fishing in NJ, Atlantic City aquarium also A short ride to the casinos and convention center and water park.
