A luxurious 4-bedroom villa with private pool, set on a large plot in the Quadradinhos area of Vale Do Lobo - 15-minute walk from the famous Praca. This villa is built on two floors and has air-conditioning throughout the villa. Recently refurbished, you may enjoy a typical Algarve villa with a modern touch, tastefully decorated with soft tones.
The living-dining room has LCD TV with English satellite and Portuguese channels, and access directly in to the garden and pool area.
On the top floor you have the master suite with a private terrace and bathroom. In total there are 4 bathrooms, 3 of them being en-suite, plus the house bathroom which is easily accessed by the guests in the 4th bedroom.
A very sunny and delightful villa with built-in barbecue and landscaped garden. The outdoor living space is both functional and attractive, with access from the villa via the lounge patio doors. The swimming pool may be heated for an extra charge (€250 per week).
The nearest restaurant is a 3-minute walk, and there's a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, whereas the famous Praca, with its bars, array of restaurants, notorious night time shows, and the beach, is just a 15-minute walk.
