Con la unidad 201 en los condominios de Summerwind deseados, disfrutará de vistas 100% despejadas de las hermosas aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Esta es una unidad de lujo de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños en el segundo piso en el edificio oeste del Summerwind Resort. Decorada profesionalmente, la unidad cuenta con encimeras de granito, azulejos de 18 ', molduras de techo, cortinas personalizadas y tratamientos de ventanas. Hay una cocina de tamaño completo con barra de servicio y área de comedor que se encuentra junto a la sala de estar. La gran suite principal, también frente al Golfo, tiene una cama king junto con su propio baño. Esta habitación frente al golfo tiene un acceso acogedor al balcón que le brinda mucha privacidad. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y hay dos camas individuales en el tercer dormitorio. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y DVD, así como la sala de estar principal. También hay una lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo en la unidad, lo que hace que se sienta como en su propia casa y permite ropa limpia y fresca en cualquier momento que desee. La sala de estar y la suite principal se abren a un balcón envolvente con vistas panorámicas del Golfo y el Sonido. La unidad también tiene WIFI gratis. The location and the unit were excellent. We enjoyed it very much,The only negative was the laundry appliances. The washing machine was very noisy at times. Seemed to get out of balance a lot. The clothes drier is "slower than a seven year itch", as my grandfather would say. Took forever to dry clothes.Otherwise we liked the place and plan to go back again.

This condo is perfect for a family. Plenty of room, amazing view, full size washer and dryer, anything kitchen wise that you need as well. There's a cabinet with lots of books to read, family games and puzzles, 3 restaurants within walking distance, fishing pier right next door. Anything else that you could possibly need during your stay, Coastal Vibes is always great and responsive! We use them every year and will continue to do so!

Great location. Lots of room for the family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was away from the downtown area but close to things if needed. The beach is great. The pools are nice and have room to lay around and soak up the sunshine.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and home like, but with an amazing view. We’ve stayed at a few other condos on the same beach and this was our favorite so far. We would definitely stay again. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
