The room was not clean when we checked in, and we could feel dirt and debris on the ground as we walked around. The hand soap for the bathrooms wasn't restocked, and the shower soap dispensers didn't work. When we reached out to the host for help, they were extremely rude and eventually stopped responding to our messages. Furthermore, the 3 small fans that they assured us were sufficient to cool the apartment in the summer are in fact NOT SUFFICIENT to cool the apartment. During the day, temperatures in the apartment are in the high 80s and, at night, low 80s at best.

Great location!

Lovely old, historical building in old Lisbon. Close to nice restaurants, pubs and downtown. Easy walking. Comfortable beds and lovely linens. Nice size living room and kitchen. Our apartment did not have the apartment number marked on the door, so getting into the unit was confusing. Also the key box was not marked with any number so again confusion. On-line pictures showed drapery in the living room and back cushions on the couch. Both were missing. The hydro went out in our building only for approx 24. The following day we had hot water for only 1 person. Unfortunately, there was a very bad odour in the kitchen and bathrooms.Other than that we did like the location.

Dear Sue, Thank you for your lovely words and for the time you took to share your experience. We are sorry for the hydro inconvenience and the confusion that the unmarked door and key box brought you. About the pictures: we make sure to freshen up the decor every now and then so the pictures may not always be up to date, but we hope you still felt comfortable at the apartment. We would love to welcome you back soon to provide a more fulfilling experience. Warm regards, FLH Team

Appartement Lisbonne
