FANTASTIC LOCATION. Literally next to the main restaurant street and next to Adrian’s Arc. The condo bas been renovated recently and is fantastically maintained. It’s like a million dollar condo in Lisbon. Stay here it’s fantastic.

Great place & location!

Wonderful 2 bedroom sofa bed, perfect location, right in the center of main strip in Lisbon. That said, close the windows and you can't hear a thing, outstanding. Would definitely stay here again if/when in Lisbon.

It was wonderful, great location. Just a few hiccups, no A/C the first night, and no fans. The apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived at 3 pm, then were unable to get the remote lock to open due to no wifi in the hallway.

Central location, lovely/ spacious apartment

Loads of tourists all the time but easy access to everything. Very comfortable space. Other reviewers put it well: Close the shudders and the noise is not a problem.

Loved the apartment

Amazingly well constructed apartment with every amenity provided, bright with floor to ceiling windows with interior shutters to soundproof rooms, beautiful area of city where the action is, flat part of city, best coffee shop in city in building, easy to get anywhere with any transportation at the door. It was so convenient and a comfortable neighborhood. Never used our car left it in a parking garage the whole time. We loved our stay in the apartment.

Great Location, Great Stay

Perfect place to stay in Lisbon, Very near the waterfront, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment was clean and very appointed for our needs. Within a 15-minute walk to the heart of Lisbon. The check-in process was easy and the communication with the rental agency was great.

Bright Flat Lisbon

Wonderful location at the Augusta Arch. Lovely clean apartment. Buskers entertained us on the promenade under our balcony during the day. Quiet in the evening and night. Restaurants and sidewalk cafes all around us. Great location to enjoy and explore old town Lisbon.

Best location for the heart of Lisbon

The apartment was very large with nice rooms and amenities. The front door was our only issue as it was not level with the wood floor , but overall the place was perfect for our needs. They played music outside, but with both windows and doors closed you did not hear anything!

A very convenient location and very clean

This place was really great for us for a few nights. it's clean and very spacious. It is literally next to the Rua Agusta Arch. This can be loud until late in the evening - music from buskers, crowds outside the arch. It didn't bother us - we thought it was fun to see all the action and it gets pretty quiet at night. This place is perfect if you'd like a lot of space and to be walkable to everything.

Ideal location

The property was very comfortable and tidy. The mood lighting was adequate but no overall light. The location was superb, right where we wanted to be. The buskers outside did perform until quite late in the evenings but the windows effectively cut out most of the noise and it added to the atmosphere. FLH were very responsive to our communications, getting back very promptly, arranging airport transfers etc. Despite our delayed arrival, checking in was sorted out well We’d certainly use them (and this apartment) again should we return to Lisbon.

Outstanding location

This apartment is in a fabulous location. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. You are literally where the action is with a fenomenal view of the arch and water. However, getting into the building and inside the apartment can be confusing for those who are not experienced with electronic locks. Communication was not very clear due to language barrier, but once you’re in, it’s very easy. The idea of an all white apartment is great, but bathtub tiles were dirty, mattresses were not the best, neither were the pillows. TV was small and too high. Only two old decorative pillows and uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Bathroom towels were good quality, no washcloths though. Ultimately, the apartment was modern and secure, comfortable enough to spend a few nights.

Wonderful location…

We were pleasantly surprised with the high quality of all windows at this place. Although, the busiest and noisiest corner in the neighbourhood, once the windows were closed, not a single sound could be heard. Lots of fun watching all the action, but also being able to block off the sound when we wanted. My biggest complaint was the way in which the check-in was performed and the very limited communication with the manager, whom we never met. We were surprised to be asked to leave cash at the table for the taxes at the end of our stay and didn’t understand why it was not charged upfront with our rental. We travelled throughout Portugal for 6 weeks and were never asked to do the same anywhere else. Just a final suggestion, it would’ve been very nice if a full length mirror was installed for the benefit of the ladies dressing up when going out. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and we loved visiting Lisbon at the end of our trip!
