The unit is great! Very centrally located and close to dozens of bars and restaurants. There are also an excellent wine shop and small market (with great staff) right across the street. The unit itself is bright, clean and very comfortable. And the hosts made the check-in process super-easy. We would happily stay there again.

Wonderful spot! Location was perfect, super clean, personal check in, all the “home supplies” needed for cooking in. Plenty of space, great bathrooms, would absolutely stay here again.

Property was exactly as described but couch and chairs weren’t comfortable and probably should be replaced. We spent more time in apartment than most guests. The location was centrally located and very walkable but can be a challenge to older adults due to sharp inclines. However, Uber and other modes of transport are readily available outside the door. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Huge apartment and centrally located. Many restaurants, bars, attractions with 15 minute walk. Excellent communication by Tadeu made checking in very easy.

They were very helpful throughout the reservation process and it was so appreciated that we were able to check in early as our flight arrived at 8:30 in the morning. They didn't have anyone staying in the apartment the day before, so they were able to accommodate an early check in for us. Centrally located to all the area of interest, and as two women travelling together, we felt very safe.

Outstanding Location

If you are looking to explore Lisbon you won’t find a better location then this property. It’s a very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property in the Chiado area within walking distance of many interesting sites and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Perfection. Perfection. Perfection.

This is a beautiful place, super convenient, and we kept our rental car in an underground parking 50m down the road. Couldn't have asked for a better way to stay in the center for our short stay! Allowed us to explore this beautiful city as much as we could. We'll be back :)

Chiado is a fantastic area to use as a base to explore Lisbon. The apartment was spacious and charming with all that you need for a comfortable stay. The hills and steps of Lisbon were not as difficult as we expected and we walked nearly everywhere. Joaquin was a great host, he made access easy and allowed us to leave our luggage after our check out for which we were grateful not having to lug large cases around for two hours before we moved on. Highly recommend.

Great apartment, very spacious, clean and quite modern. A few quirky elements to it but we were happy to be able to unpack and put things away (we were there for 6 nights). It also had 2 bathrooms which was good for the 3 nights when there were 4 females. The location is awesome you are right in the middle of everything, shops, restaurants and from the kitchen you can see the castle. You had everything you needed, my only small complaint is that there were no teatowels, we ended up using a hand towel. For those who consider beds, the bed is a firm comfortable.

The door to the apartment was very difficult to open. They need to replace the lock or tumbler. Also, the hot water took a while to warm up.

Dear Janine, thank you for your review and glad you enjoyed it. The lock doesnt need to be replaced, it's an Italian lock that works exactly the way we told you to do. Im sorry you found it difficult but that was because you did not follow our instructions correctly. Regrading the hot water, it's a gaz heater and yes indeed you need to let the water run for around 30 seconds before it starts getting hot. There is nothing wrong with it. it's the way gaz heaters work. kind regards

This was in the perfect district for getting around Lisbon. Our host was easy to get in contact with and the check in and out process was easy. The apartment was clean, bright and as posted. Lots of hills in the area so good walking shoes are a must. Great place to stay.

I highly recommend Chiado 2! The communication with staff before arrival was outstanding, the location is the best - all in all a perfect spot to stay when visiting Lisbon. I would also like to give a shout out to Tadeu who was waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us around and answered any questions we had.

Beautiful apartment in perfect neighborhood

Very comfortable apartment in location central to many sites in Lisbon. Quiet and well appointed. It has a washer and dryer- and it’s the same machine which was very cool! Loved being able to walk to the river as well as St Jorge Castle and many wonderful restaurants.
