This charming mezzanine apartment has all the essentials for your next city break. Just a few steps away from the Tram 28 stop, here you find one bedroom with a double bed and one toilet, one bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room and a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining table.



A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.

Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

The place was fairly clean, but unbearably hot. The supplied air conditioner worked for two minutes at a time and the fan was broken.

On arrival we were met by an overwhelming musty and moldy smell in the place. The floor is rotten and weak in front of the sofa, the toilet seat on the downstairs toilet was not attached yet it had a nice paper seal in it???There were bugs crawling around the silverware drawer. The cleaning person left a condom wrapper near the sofa. No windows to open. Can’t open door as it is on street and people look in. Mold is present in air. In conversation was told no options available other than try air purifier ( small, ineffective for this area) Now after arriving home see a similar review by someone who stayed just before us. Changes were promised. We vacated listing within 24 hours for our own health/safety. we had to pay for alternative accommodations. Now it’s challenging trying to be refunded for our booking that we couldn’t use

We were very disappointed with our stay and wish Vrbo captured the reviews on Google. The property blamed us for not looking at reviews before booking so here is ours. The unit smells terribly of mold and it is visible on many surfaces. There were also cockroaches. The unit was also very hot and while we used the A/C unit, it did not cool off the whole apartment. We tried to leave the door open for a couple of hours each night to cool things down but there was a lot of street noise, people peering into the unit, and it left us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. There are no other windows in the unit and the fan by the door does not work so we could not blow cooler air into the unit. The upstairs fan did work but it just blew around the moldy smelling warm air. Also, it does not look like any of the fans or A/C units have ever been cleaned, which made us more worried about the air we were breathing.Other issues with the unit: the toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom being only connected on one side, there being no hand soap, there being nowhere to put a bar of soap on any of the sinks except for the wood counters, there being nowhere to put anything in the shower other than the floor, the towels being stained, the kitchen sink not being connected to the counter top, the only place to hang towels being inside the shower, the apartment not being cleaned thoroughly, there being a dirty rag on a shelf above the bed, the mold growing on many surfaces including the walls.

A fuir ! Des cafards dans l’appartement, pas de fenêtres pour aérer, de la moisissure partout. Impossible d’avoir une solution et un remboursement que ce soit du propriétaire ou d’abritel. Ne surtout pas réserver sur cette plateforme. C’est inadmissible.

I booked this apartment for two nights in July. The portable AC unit is useless and it is impossible to get the temperature down in the apartment to a comfortable sleeping temperature. I dealt with the warm muggy apartment the first night after spending two hours trying to fix the unit myself. The next day, I worked with the management company and asked them to please fix or replace the ac unit, and they promised they would. After a long day of sightseeing, when we returned to the apartment, it was still unbelievably warm in the apartment. The management company claimed "there was nothing else they could do" as it was an apartment with no windows and it was summer time in Lisbon. Meanwhile, my friends who rented a VRBO down the street, slept very comfortably in a different apartment, also with a portable AC unit.I told the management company, I would not be staying the second night and would get a hotel instead. There was no offer to replace the AC unit, find another property for me and my daughter to stay at, or a refund. In addition to ac unit not working, there was a severe cockroach problem. Again, the management company blamed that on the fact that it was a ground floor apartment, yet my my friends down the street, also had a ground floor apartment, had NO cockroaches. Until this management company rectifies the AC situation and the cockroach infestation, I would NOT recommend staying there. Very poor customer service.

The property is as shown in the photos, the cleaning was spot on, good access to public transport, and Lidl supermarket just a few steps away, and everybody had a good and timely communication with us. Our rate comes from the fact that during our stay the weather was around 35C, and it will get really hot in the apartment during the night making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The property has a small AC and a vent, which is not enough to cool the place and very noisy if we are trying to sleep and keep cool at the same time. But overall a good place to stay.

Lisbon apartment

It was a nice 10 minute walk to all amenities. (We would need GPS to find the alleys (small drives) we used to get around. Clean apartment.

We came from BC, Canada for our honeymoon in Lisbon at the end of August 2024 and had a poor experience at the “Feels Like Home” apartment. Communication was subpar right from the start, and we struggled to get into the unit. They emailed us saying they would only give us the unit information after our check-in time at 3pm, but never did. Once we arrived shortly after 3pm, nobody answered the phone numbers provided. After trying multiple numbers, we finally got a WhatsApp number to message and gained access soon after. The unit matched the photos but was musty, muggy, and hotter inside than outside. They had an a/c machine setup in the unit that was broken which I’m not sure why they would leave in the unit if it doesn’t work or was not included. When we reached out about it they of course said it wasn’t included and passive aggressively sent us pictures of the fans provided that barely worked, making the space uncomfortable. The mini fridge couldn’t keep up, leaving our food wet, and the minimal cooking utensils limited our options. The bed was uncomfortable with lumpy pillows, and the location required cabs for most trips, though there was a nice viewpoint nearby. Overall, the experience did not “Feel Like Home,” and we would not use this company again due to the poor service. We had stayed at many other places that were so much better than this. So it was a disappointment to end our honeymoon on this note & we felt it was needed to leave an honest review for future guests.

Charmante Location in bester Lage

Schön ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen -fußläufig zum Lago da Graça. Mit Ventilator und Aircondition, zwei WC (!!) und einer traumhaften Dusche... monsunartiges Duscherlebnis und gut ansprechende Warm-/Kaltregulation. Nur das Küchenequipment ist etwas zu spärlich -wenigstens ein Wasserkocher, bitte.särlich

Klimaanlagen-Dilemma

An sich ist die Unterkunft top - super schön, sauber und top gelegen. Was uns den Aufenthalt ordentlich vermiest hat ist die Klimaanlage. Generell herrscht in den Wohnung ein super heißes und feuchtes Klima. Es gibt eine kleine Klimaanlage deren Reichweite aber nicht unbedingt in die 2. Etage reicht. Außerdem ist die Klima super laut, sodass wir sie nicht die Nacht über an lassen konnten aber dementsprechend bei 32 grad schlafen durften. Also im Hochsommer werden wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr besuchen.

Worst service by the host

Worst host ever, I had to pay 60 euro to unlock the door because the key was inside the appartment. Had to call a locksmith myself because the host doesnt want to help me. I have all the text message of that. Last time with them, 0 help by them

Perfect area

A great location due to it being near 2 most popular view points and especially for the sunset. Not a bad walk into the city centre it took us 15 minutes and googles said it would take us longer. Only downside is there were only 2 pillows so one each which made a not good night sleep. And you can hear the people next door to you and on the street. But for the price and the location it was good.

The unit looks exactly like the pics, even if the toilet seats weren't very poorly attached and the shower water is creating mould under the vanity you can't see it till there. The area is difficult for some people to get around and there really isn't any restaurants or bars or convenient stores locally.

Comfortable space

Place was accurately described, I was worried about check in as others said they had issues but check in was easy. I used whatsapp to communicate to the host and was able to check in without any issues. The space was comfortable and in a good location.
