Ben je klaar om je zorgeloze vakantie te beginnen? Onze gasten genieten van de sleutel minder deur binnenkomst en er is geen tijd verspild met inchecken. We weten dat je keuzes hebt over te huur aangeboden woningen en we houden dit appartement in uitstekende staat met aandacht voor detail / updates. U zult geen verrassingen hebben wanneer u onze unit huurt!

Dit indirecte uitzicht op de golf condo is op de 5e verdieping, net hoog genoeg voor een prachtig uitzicht zonder het luide strand en het zwembadgeluid.

Deze twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers appartement heeft nieuwe keukenkasten, vers geschilderde muren en is ingericht met bijgewerkte meubels. Het heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het oosten van de Golf en de witte zandstranden vanaf het balkon. De eenheid slaapt 5 met een (zeer comfortabel) kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, een koningin en een twin bed in de kamer.

Wifi is beschikbaar in de unit. Daarnaast is er een televisie in elke slaapkamer en een smart-tv in de woonkamer, zodat u direct toegang heeft tot de belangrijkste entertainmentstoomservices.

Ons appartement voelt als thuis, maar alleen met een beter uitzicht! De unit is uitgerust met vele benodigdheden voor uw heerlijke vakantie. Linnengoed wordt verstrekt voor alle bedden en voldoende handdoeken voor de badkamers. De keuken is uitgerust met een magnetron, een koffiezetapparaat, een broodrooster en een blender. Je zult ook veel handige keukengerei vinden, samen met potten en pannen om te koken.

Ook vermeldenswaard is dat Harbor Place een laagbouw condominium is met minder eenheden, dus het strand is veel minder druk dan mega-flatgebouwen. Harbour Place ligt op ongeveer drie mijl van een winkelcentrum met een kruidenier Winn Dixie en Publix, evenals tal van andere winkels (Dollar General Store en Walmart), restaurants en een medisch noodcentrum.

Harbour Place ligt ongeveer zes mijl ten oosten van de kruising van Perdido Beach Boulevard en Highway 59. In dit gebied vindt u talloze souvenirwinkels, restaurants, familie-entertainment (klein pretpark, waterpark, etc.). Een ingang van de Backcounty Trail ligt op minder dan 800 meter afstand en is leuk om te verkennen op de fiets of te voet. The Wharf is ook minder dan 7 mijl afstand van de flat.

Place was great for our last minute getaway before school started. Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen could use a cooking pan refresh as the only one there was on its last leg, but didn’t plan on much cooking anyway. I always find the ceiling fans in any condo to be the dirty area. Otherwise I felt this place was clean and homie, no rugs which I think is great given the sand that is carried in. Kim and Pete were kind in messages and thoughtful- I had no reason to reach out during our stay. Thank you all again for accepting my reservation, we had a great time.

We absolutely loved our time at the condo. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed to cook the whole week through. The facility was wonderful and very kid friendly. The host was super responsive and we had everything we needed before we even stepped foot on the property. One of the two elevators did keep breaking down throughout the week which made getting up to the fifth floor a little difficult. But other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Extremely clean, nicely furnished and as described/pictured. The owners were so prompt in responding to questions and very helpful! Great location and proximity to beach. Love that it's a low-rise with only 5 floors, as the beach area was not crowded at all. A great place to stay!

Girls’ Getaway

Arrived late and we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place. I contacted the property manager and they responded promptly and took care of the issues to our satisfaction. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The hallways definitely need attention. Beach was a short distance which was nice and the balcony was enjoyable.

Wonderful stay

The condo building itself is only 5 floors- which made for smaller beach crowds, fast elevator access, and an overall family feel to our trip. The property owners were very responsive and helped us any time we had a question about their condo or the area. We got there Friday afternoon and went to the beach to book chairs and an umbrella for the time we would be there- that was convenient because we didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach gear to the water and back again in the evening. We will book with them again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach trip.

We loved our time here in Orange Beach! The condo was exactly as it looked in the photos and it was very reasonably priced for what you get! Close to everything and Pete and Kim were super responsive when we needed anything at all. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

My family and I had a great week long stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was nice having two bathrooms connecting to the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, where there are chairs and a table set up to eat a meal or just relax and listen to the ocean. There is a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, even though it's on the side of the building. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and not have to lug everything to the beach in our car. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer to keep our beach towels and swimsuits clean and dry after being in the water all day. We spent a lot of time picking up shells along the beach, which was really neat. The owners responded very quickly to any questions that we had and were nice enough to offer advice on where to get groceries, rent beach chairs, and other concerns I had about traveling to a new city. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool on days that we couldn't swim in the ocean because of rough water in the ocean. Check out was very easy, just scanning a QR code with our phone. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Great Unit, Great Spot!

The unit was very clean with and had everything we needed. The beach was close, and the pool was warm. Kim and Pete are great hosts and were very helpful. Excellent location, easy access to the beach, stores, restaurants, and Gulf State Park is across the street. Bike rental was within walking distance, we rented e-bikes and were able to ride the 28 miles of park trails in one day with lunch at the Gulf State Park Woodside restaurant, the brussels sprouts are delicious! We would definitely come back and rent this unit again.

Condo was wonderful. The weather wasn't the best at this time of year as it was cloudy and what I would call foggy with thunderstorms at night except for our last two days. They were warm and sunny! The location was perfect for visiting various attractions in the area.

The condo was in a great location and very comfortable. The showers had not been taken care of. The grout had mold on it but rest of bathroom was very clean. Mattresses need replaced but rest of condo was wonderful.

Our family loves to visit the white sandy beaches and the wonderful people who live and vacation in Orange Beach. It was always our dream to own a condo on the beach and that dream has finally come true. Now, we enjoy playing in the Gulf, taking long walks on the beach, fishing, exploring the Backcountry Trail and just relaxing as a family. After a long day on the beach, we like to find a place to dine and eat plenty of fresh seafood. We hope you decide to visit our condo and relax on the sandy white beaches right outside our door.

This is a very friendly and well maintained condo complex! It has an indoor and outdoor pool with grills on the property. Not only is this a lower density condo, but it is surrounded by other low density buildings, so the beach is not as crowded as other locations. The location is prefect too - close to all the major attractions but not in the middle of the craziness. Our family has created many wonderful memories on the beach and we are always counting the days until we can return.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

It is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and fun filled family activities. Adventure Island it right down the road which has put-put golf, laser tag, and tons of arcade games. Souvenir shops are just around the corner as well. One of the greatest aspects is to relax on the balcony listening to the waves while capturing a view of the Gulf.
