Great value for a great location

Close to the airport, this condo provides exactly what you need and then some. The photos are true to the place. It was quiet and could probably house 4 comfortably. There are fans throughout the rental, but a few lack chains to adequately adjust speed. The Wi-Fi worked great. The couches were comfortable. Honestly would stay here again.

Exceptional location!

The place was very quiet and clean, and the host was very kind. All the amenities were great, and the location was excellent. Very comfortable and perfect for small families. Thank you, Maurice!

My mini vacation

I had a wonderful stay. Maurice was such a great host to me. His place was perfect for us. The community was beautiful and his neighbors were nice and friendly. I will be coming back for sure in the future.

Perfect Ventura location

The condo was a short walk from the clubhouse, golf course and all amenities. Very comfortable and well equipped. Truly enjoyed our month stay. Thank you Maurice.

MI to FL!

Property could use some minor updates and the kitchen could use an overall with supplies but overall the space was very appropriate for our stay. Owner was amazing to communicate with and the space has tons of potential!

Condo Orlando

It was nice and clean. Had a bit of trouble with the gate and check in, but other than that everything was great. Good location and amenities. Close enough to Disney but far enough away not to have traffic 24/7. I’d highly recommend.

Nice condo but good luck getting past the security gate!

Con: The absolute worst part about our trip was getting past the security gate. Security guard didn't have our names and that means you can't come in. We got to the gate at 10:10pm and didn't get past it until 11:30pm. It took less time to fly from Atlanta to Orlando than it took to go about 20 feet at Ventura. The host did his part by giving our names to the Ventura CC admin but Rebecca, the Ventura admin, didn't follow through and give our names to the security guard. We paid the high price and still suffer from that traumatic experience. It's etched into our brains and shared with several people already. Although I might rent from this host at another place, we will NEVER even consider staying at Ventura Country Club again. Pro:Reasonable accommodations for the price we paid. Yes, the furnishings are somewhat outdated and could use some TLC. But, everything worked: A/C, internet, kitchen appliances, and plumbing. (I didn't try any of the TVs)Really good water pressure. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed.We loved sitting on the big balcony throughout the day and we also enjoyed the pool at Willowpointe.

Escellent location. Close to restaurants and shoppings.

Condo is confortable, but needs some cleaning. Living room looks old and dirty. With a good cleaning, condo will looks super.

Budget friendly

A little drive from the parks but worth it to save hundreds on our stay. Check in was easy at the guard gate. No problems at all. We felt safe in the gated community. Condo is a little dated but had everything we needed and was comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much. Communication with host was great. We will be staying again!

Great location, very inexpensive but…

Location was perfect for our reunion (would have been ok but not great if we were going to Disney). The price was remarkably low. Very easy to get in and out of the complex. As for the property, well, did I mention the location and price were great? I did not expect excellent condition at that price, but it was more rundown than I anticipated. Furniture was quite old, half the lightbulbs didn’t work, bedroom TV didn’t work. The place needs a guest guide. Had to figure out for myself that the white card with the pool pass would get me into the fitness center. The TV was not intuitive at all. Nothing was said about having an assigned parking spot, and the guard told me I could park wherever but a neighbor informed me I was in the wrong spot… Bottom line is if low price is your top priority this is an adequate place to stay. But it could be exceptional, and I would gladly pay more, if it were given a good thorough clean up and refurbishment.

Not the best experience

Guards were a pain in the behind. Renter said all i had to do was go up to them and they had my info/details. False.. struggled to get passed the gate about 3 times. I wasn't even in the system. We had to walk one time from the gate to the condo. Uber driver wasn't given access. That was so disappointing. However, passed the gate our stay was great phenomenal!!!

Great location in Orlando

The condo is in a great location from the airport, Universal Studios and International Drive. It's spacious with a nice balcony to relax. There is one pool within quick walking distance, which we had pretty much to ourselves. The restroom at this pool needed some cleaning and attention. The larger pool at the clubhouse is a short walk away or a 1-minute drive. You can take food/drinks to the smaller pool, but you have to purchase food/drinks from the 19th Hole Restaurant at the larger pool. It was 96 degrees while we were there and the condo a/c couldn't keep up with the demand. We purchased a box fan (left it there for future guests) and kept curtains and bedrooms doors closed to try to keep it cool. During the day it was 81 degrees, at night it got down to the set 75 degrees. We requested an early check-in on our arrival day, which we received and greatly appreciated. The condo was sufficient for our needs, but could use a lot of updating (closet doors falling off, furniture/furnishings outdated with wear) and cleaning of the bathtubs. You will need to purchase extra toilet paper, bathroom hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. Overall, a nice experience.

This condo was very, very poorly maintained

When we arrived on February 1, 2023, we noticed the poor condition of the condo. We could copy/paste comments entered on May 24, 2019, and May 10, 2018 by former disappointed tenants. As soon as you enter this condo, you immediately see that nothing or almost nothing has been done for years to ensure minimum comfort. For those who have already booked and those who would like to book this place here are our findings: Carpets in both bedrooms were stained and in high traffic areas black with grime. These rugs probably haven't been cleaned in years... The bed in the master bedroom was finished. When you lie down in this bed you sink... The base of the main bathroom shower was caked with grime and even scrubbing with a brush there was nothing to do. The tub in the second bathroom is so old that it has lost all its enamel and again it looks disgusting. We had to buy a waterproof shower curtain as there was only a fabric curtain which had to be washed as it probably has never been cleaned either. The air vents are dirty on the outside. The air filter in the living room has probably not been changed for months… I could go on and on but it gives you an idea of what awaits you. The asking price was very competitive. So I didn't expect to find a 5 star place but this condo did not even offer a minimum of cleanliness and comfort. It's a shame because the environment is superb.

Golf vacation

Property was clean and livable. More toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags would have been nice. It was perfect for us with the course right across the street.

Die Wohnung liegt am Golfplatz in einer sehr ruhigen ,erholsamen Gegend. Zum Schlafen völlig ausreichend. Sie muss dringend renoviert werden.

This place was perfect! Not too far from the beaches for a quick day trip. Close to Disney

We were close to Disney and universal. We went to an escape room in Orlando and clear water beach and cocoa beach. There is a nice pool and the place is so quiet. We absolutely loved staying there and Maurice was amazing at communication. Thank you for an amazing place to stay.

VERY NICE

We stayed 6 nights and everything went smooth. Though we mostly went there to sleep it is well equipped. The blinds in the smaller BD need to be replaced but over all it’s very very nice. No issues. Would stay again. Thank You. IJO
