New house with swimming pool and large outdoor terrace.

Very comfortable new house facing south, large living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool. It offers five bedrooms with double beds, two of which have a shower room. All rooms are equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning system. Outside there is the swimming pool which is 9m by 4m, a barbecue area, a large terrace and parking for 3 vehicles. The house is located 5 minutes from the Riviera polygon shopping center.
