Beautiful villa. Poor host

I feel the host would prefer to rent to adults only!! Only the bedrooms had air conditioning.

Summer Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the villa . It had all the amenities that you could possibly want from a lovely safe swimming pool as well as a Jacuzzi it was perfect for a family. Indoors was excellent with all the bedrooms being air-conditioned. It's even had a washing machine and dryer. Danielle the Property Owner was always on hand to help and advise. Look forward to spending another summer in the property

Summer family holiday

The property owner and host was extremely courteous, helpful and welcoming. The property itself was rustic and charming albeit needing some refurbishment especially the kitchen and bathrooms. However, the outside gardens and pool were amazing. Unfortunately it seemed to be a haven for mosquitoes. All in all a lovely property requiring some updating.

Cordialement Mme Dallard

Le Cannet is quite a built up area with lots of apartments about and this villa is an oasis in amongst it all. We chose this villa as it was so close to Cannes, we hired a car but you don’t need one unless wanting to explore further afield. Ubers are so cheap and easy to use and there is a supermarket 5 min walk away. The villa itself is huge 3 bedrooms upstairs of which the master is huge with an en-suite which has disability access, the fourth bedroom is off the lounge downstairs with views over the pool. Inside it has a rustic charm so don’t expect modern, but the villa has a well equipped kitchen utility room and comfy beds which is all we needed inside. Aircon in all the bedrooms. The outside area is special, lovely warm pool (I hate an unheated pool), a hot tub which we didn’t use as the weather was too hot, plenty of sun loungers and seating areas and the gardens are beautiful and completely enclosed with high hedges. Due to its abundance of greenery there are mosquitoes which are a bit of a menace so come prepared. There is a gas bbq but also a charcoal barbecue. It is in a busy area with a jet car wash one side and a crèche the next so if you want total peace and quiet this is not the villa for you. We had a fab stay and would recommend

August 2023- family of 9 including 2 young children

Lovely character property, fantastic garden space with plenty of shady areas and great facilities, including a lovely pool.Location was great with supermarket, bakery, restaurant all walking distance so car was not needed. Bus stop close by with regular buses to Cannes seafront (15 minutes) and to the very pretty village of Mougin. Just a bit of noise from a nearby car wash but overall we had a fantastic week. Danielle was on hand for any queries and was very helpful in letting us access the villa a few hours earlier than expected.

spacious villa with beautiful garden

We spent one week in this villa. We really enjoyed. We were 7 people, 6 adults and one child. One of the bedrooms upstairs do not have aircondition. I don't think you get the understanding of that when you read the description. Because we were only 7 people, two could moove to the sleeping couch downstairs. - Air conditioned master suite, pool view, HD tv room sofa, bathroom.dropoff Window - Two air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom. The villa was really nice and clean when we arrived. Mrs Dallard even drove me to the grocery store so I could do some basic shopping. We really apperciated that. The owners live at the same property, that was no problem to us. Nice to know that they were near if we should have any questions. The bakery were a few hundred meters away, same with the grocery store. The bus to Cannes had a bus stop 300 meters from the house, it took around 23 minutes to Cannes Center. A little more than it says in the description. Overall a very nice property, We recommend it to others. Would like to come back sometime.

Hello. thank you for your appreciation. I want to clarify a few points. First the bus route has been temporarily modified to be longer work as well as a circulation can be denser. for air conditioning of the green room air conditioning incident but you could benefit from a palm ceiling. I am sorry for that damage. Best regards

Fabulous outdoor haven

Danielle was a wonderful host - able to assist in everything you may need. Outdoor space was fantastic and the children loved all the activities available. Quiet spot in what is quite a busy area - over an hour walk to the coast but bakery a 2 minute walk away, as was a fabulous local restaurant .

A wonderful stay.

We were a 3 generation family group with grandparents, parents, 3 teenagers aged 17, 16 and 13 and a two year old. The house worked perfectly for us and the pool and gardens were gorgeous. The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay so the air conditioned bedrooms were bliss! Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Available if we needed anything but never intrusive. Our whole stay was a great experience.

Centralt i La Cannet

Perfect Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very well located for the coast and for more traditional villages (Mougins and Valbonne). The garden is lovely with lots of different seating areas and plenty of shade as well as sunshine. We enjoyed the table tennis and the hot tub in particular. We would certainly return.
