This three bedroom, three bathroom plus den with sleeper sofa is a light filled home with over 2,200 sq ft. Enjoy the beautiful master retreat with huge ensuite featuring a separate shower and jetted tub and a walkout to the stunning, backyard. The backyard is a perfect place to unwind either by the heated pool, or on the large deck all amongst the mature landscaping set on almost 3/4 of an acre.
The kitchen features a Bertazonni gas oven, country farm sink, Caesarstone counters and beautiful butcher block island - perfect for entertaining.
Nestled between the quaint villages of East Hampton and Sag Harbor, this home is 7 minutes to either town and only 10 minutes to an ocean beach.
For tennis players, we are only five minutes to East Hampton Indoor tennis but there are also public courts in town and for golfers there are plenty of public golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
Enjoy the fine shopping, dining, art exhibits, oceans and bay beaches, farmers markets, wineries, wildlife, fishing, and so much more the Hamptons have to offer within minutes of this home.

Amazing house

Marianne’s house was perfect for our 3 month stay! The kitchen was completely stocked, the house was well decorated and the outdoor space was serene. From the linens to the beach chairs, there were so many special touches. We loved the location of the house also. Less than 10 min to East and Sag, and in close proximity to our favorite hike. Was a stay to remember and we can’t wait to be back. Marianne was such a pleasure to communicate with!

Perfect rental for the Hamptons

The place was great, awesome home - great layout and super clean. So close to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor and to beaches for walks. Owners were great, recommended some wonderful restaurants, loved Baron's Cove (Sag) and Fresno (East Hampton), planning to book again in early spring. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this home! everything was great from the house fitting our needs, to the location, the information packet, the outdoor deck and pool! The owners were great to communicate with and on top of everything. Would definitely stay again!

My family started coming to the Hamptons in 2008 and fell in love with it. We love the combination of the old world charm and beauty that comes from the farming and fishing community combined with the easy access to outstanding restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities such as tennis, golf, beach walking, wine tours, fishing, and just driving through the beautiful countryside. It is such a unique part of the world. You can see wild turkeys and deer running across your front lawn in the morning and have dinner in town, five minutes away and spot celebrities in the evening. Combined with our love of tennis and golf and the best and most fresh seafood and vegetables from the surrounding waters and farms, this is our little piece of paradise.

Why they chose this property

We chose our home because of the location. We love both East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Each town offers something unique and our home is so close to shopping, beaches boardwalks, wineries, farmers markets, stables and more! We enjoy walking our dog on the beaches in both towns. We chose this property for a few reasons. The interior high ceilings and light and the flow from one room to the other and out to the deck from the kitchen provides such a relaxed casual atmosphere. We also love the way the house overlooks the garden. You can relax on the deck overlooking the pool or sit poolside - amongst the mature landscaping.
