A truly luxurious self-catering villa with a beautiful wall of windows at the rear of the villa gives our guests stunning views over the golf course to the sea. This property has air-conditioning throughout (chargeable). This property also has satellite TV and internet at no extra cost. With a very private location in the complex, this property is the perfect choice for anyone who wants privacy. Parking needs to be reserved in advance and is €5.50 per day. The Villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a well-equipped modern kitchen, utility area and just a three-minute walk from the pools. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. There are sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and a Ceiling fan along with windows and shutters.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes a ceiling fan and window with shutters.
Bedroom 3 is also a twin room with two twin beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe a ceiling fan and window with shutters. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Bathroom 1 has a standard size bath and separate walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower, basin, vanity unit, and WC.

The kitchen has an open plan style, fully equipped with dishes and tableware, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and bar area leading to the dining area. There is a separate utility room a freezer and washing machine. The dining area table has six (6) chairs with views of the garden. This living area has a very open floor plan with two sofas, coffee table and a flat screen TV.

This villa is complete with its large terrace, tiled and with a garden area. This property is not overlooked by neighbouring villas. The terrace also boasts a stone chimney barbecue, four (4) sunbeds, table and chairs for six and a fantastic view.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
