Ideally located QUIETLY IN A PRIVATE PARK adjoining a 25 hectare forest close to BORDEAUX and the beaches.
LARGE ARCHITECT'S HOUSE of 180 m² with all comfort and Indonesian decor, very bright with large bay windows overlooking a wooded park and the private swimming pool.
Indoor temperature of the house in summer and winter: 20 to 22 degrees. Large fireplace for winter days.
Composed of 6 triple rooms, 2 of which are located in independent Chalets. 5 double beds and 8 single beds.
Library area, free WiFi, equipped kitchen, Monitor screen.
Large plot of land with beach volleyball area of 400 m² of beach sand, ping-pong table, archery (bows and arrows not provided).
Private forest of 1 hectare and neighboring state forest of 25 hectares for walks or bike rides (bikes not provided).
Very large 12X5 m SWIMMING POOL (flat bottom, bath height 1.40 m) with safety standards.
EXOTIC WOODEN TERRACE 100 M² + GARDEN FURNITURE + BARBECUE.
