This charming home is situated on a generous 600 m² plot, with a fully fenced garden offering privacy and sunshine all around. There are two private parking spaces and a spacious living area of 110 m² – ideal for families or couples seeking peace and space.
Inside, the cosy living room features an cable TV and DVD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and Senseo coffee machine. The dining area is located in the bright conservatory. On the ground floor you’ll also find a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a second toilet, and child-friendly amenities like a cot, highchair and stair gate. The air conditioning in the master bedroom ensures comfort during warm days.
