We have been using the same apartment through Banus rentals for the last few years! The apartment is amazing and is spotlessly clean. The previous occupants had left the safes locked but this was rectified immediately. Communication is always excellent and they answer any request quickly. Would highly recommend.

Vaste appartement dans un complexe résidentiel chic, calme et sécurisé. Propreté irréprochable. L'appartement est très bien équipé et décoré. 2 chambres/2 sdb. Bonne literie. Belle grande terrasse bien equipée. Grandes piscines situées dans un beau jardin de plantations exotiques, calme au mois de septembre (quasiment rien que pour nous). Parking souterrain sécurisé. A +/- 100m d'un supermarché bien achalandé et à 10' à pied du port de plaisance, des restaurants et des boutiques de luxe. La plage et la promenade du bord de mer se trouvent à 5-10' à pied de l'appartement. A 1h de Malaga en voiture et à +/_ 10 km de Marbella-centre. L'agence se trouve en face de la résidence.

Our communication with the agent was also very straightforward and easy for the check in and check out, and they promptly paid back our security deposit which was truly appreciated. Only thing i would say is that it would have been nice to have a safe as I know there are break-ins in the area and with it being the first floor felt a bit vulnerable to a break-in. Accommodation was fantastic and so was the location. Would book again.

Fabulous stay

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The apartment was clean and sparkly throughout. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking implements and crockery. Bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely with good quality linens. The balcony is lovely, with it being south facing it is hot, but there are canopies overhead to shade you. A welcome bottle of wine and a small selection of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen. Great WiFi. Loved it.

The apartment was fantastic. Couldn’t fault it in any way. Apart from the TV which the team at Banus Rentals did all they could to fix it. Only criticism I could say was that there were no beach/pool towels. People at reception were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend using Banus Rentals and this apartment

Great apartment recently refurbished to a high standard, location perfect for Puerto Banus bars and restaurants. Check in was simple and great communication leading up to our stay and during the stay also. We stayed end May 22. Will definitely return next time we come to the area.

Excellent apartment in the centre of Banus the balcony of the apartment is a large full south facing with full sun all day , balcony overlooks the complex pool , an upmarket . modern development with concierge , agency are efficient and pleasant bottle of wine on arrival is a nice touch .
