Our beautiful, two bedroom / 2 bathroom fully refurbished, air conditioned apartments with spectacular sea views are two of the best located sea view apartments on the popular Upper Monte Dourado Resort in the centre of Carvoeiro. Beach, restaurants, shops and bars are only a couple of minutes walk away. Located within a cluster of six apartments (two high by three wide) with amazing sea, beach and village views from the lounge, balcony & master bedroom. Free wi-fi. Two swimming pools (one heated in off season) and children's pools with ample sunbeds and parasols are just a few steps away at the rear of the apartment. The Tennis Courts on site are only a couple of minutes walk away. Entrance hallway leads to all rooms. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and consists of:- Fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room with log burner and air conditioning, 2 refurbished bathrooms with electric heater and heated towel rail, 2 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, ample storage facilities and good sized well furnished south facing balcony with spectacular sea, beach and village views. PLEASE NOTE: electricity costs are not included in rental price during the months from November to March (electric meter is read and payment is made at resort reception prior to departure) Fifth bed and cot & highchair available at extra cost.

Fantastic property in an awesome beach and cliffside town. Its the perfect size for 2 couples or a family. The views are amazing. It is well equipped for all your away from home needs. We would not hesitate booking again and we are in love with Carvoeiro.

A superb apartment that is fully equipped and stylish.Fantastic balcony, 2 large bedrooms and a huge bathroom plus good sized shower room.Good location for the town bars and restaurants and the beach, although the slog back up the hill cannot, unfortunately be avoided!The owner was fully communicative and calling us to check if we were OK was a lovely touch.Would 100% recommend.

The balcony view is exceptional! The pictures accurately reflect the apartment and everything was functional. The apartment is far enough from the busy downtown but yet walkable when you want to go out for dinner. The walk up from town is steep but manageable.Ample self-parking is available in the complex. The apartment is well stocked and gives you the feeling that you are actually staying in someone's home. There were tablecloths, candles, and matches to use to enjoy a dinner on the balcony at night which shows the attention given to apartment. I highly recommend this apartment.

We have just arrived back from a fabulous stay in Sallys apartment. I have to say I was so impressed from start to finish. The communication from Sally was excellent before we left the UK and she even gave us a call when there to check if everything was ok. The apartment is fantastic, the kitchen is better equipped than my own kitchen and the information provided about the resort and local area was fantastic. The pools were great and it was a short walk into the centre with the beach, variety of restaurants and live music. This place is a gem and one of the best places we have stayed in. We loved every minute and will be back.

Well Equipped, Clean and Awesome View

Our stay at the property was excellent. Everything we needed was on hand, it was clean plus just a short walk to the beachfront. The views from the balcony were amazing. We hope to return soon.

Great Family Holiday in Casa Vera Sol Vista

Having just returned from a stay in Sally’s apartment, I have to say this is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. Ample room for 4 adults, well equipped, beautiful terrace with an amazing view. Short walk into the town with plenty of great restaurants. Small supermarket about 5 mins walk away which stocked everything we needed.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

We had a great stay in Casa Vera Sol Vista. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main streets of Carvoeiro. It's extremely well equipped, a very good size, has beautiful sea views and was spotlessly clean. It's an ideal apartment for a stay at any time of the year. We would definitely stay there again.

Spectacular Location

We were extremely happy with everything about this property. The location provided a beautiful view of the village and the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our vacation. Casa Vera Gem

Wonderful apartment with everything we needed for our week’s stay. Fantastic host, Sally, took the time to call us and check we had arrived safely and had everything we needed. Carvoeiro provided plenty of choices of restaurants and bars. Recommend the boardwalk for stunning views and the nearby Boneca restaurant down among the rocks.

Great location

Quick access to the street below via the side gate. AC helped us quick a bit on the hotter days! Spacious apartment since it was just me and my wife, great view of the center of Carvoeiro.

Sally's condo was spectacular! The location,the view from the balcony, the unit itself met and exceeded our expectations. Sally was attentive to all our needs from my first inquiry to rent to the day we left. We would definitely stay here again.

We used to own and run a family coach holiday company and initially bought the apartment personally as a rental/investment property but we love the apartment and Carvoeiro so much that we now visit several times a year! We can’t get enough of the place!! We feel our knowledge of the travel business and our attention to detail has helped us in the creation of a perfect home from home for all guests. Our parents and two grown up sons also love to visit – it really is a place suitable for all ages!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

When we decided to purchase rental apartments we searched the Algarve with definite criteria. We wanted 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms. We wanted a smaller village/town with a Portuguese feel and no high rise buildings yet with enough to cater for all ages. We wanted to be within walking distance of shops, restaurants & bars with no need for a hire car. We wanted a resort with communal swimming pools/reception/tennis courts and our icing on the cake was a sea view. We were so lucky to get EVERYTHING we wanted and more! We chose Carvoeiro as it retains its fishing village charm and stays ‘open’ all year round. We chose Monte Dourado resort as it is so well managed and has beautifully maintained and spacious gardens and pools. Although we are in the village our location is a quiet location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our south facing balconies get the sun all day long all year round. It is wonderful to sit on the balcony at any time of the day and soak up the ambience of Carvoeiro and watch and hear the waves coming onto the beach. During summer months music can be heard drifting up from the village square which is great for couples & families who want a ‘night in’ yet still want to feel a ‘part of it’ and enjoy a holiday atmosphere. Once the double glazed doors and windows are closed you have peace and quiet. Cooking-in is easy as we have full facilities & utensils – you don’t even have to wash up as we have a dishwasher! The beach is only a 5 minute walk or you have two communal pools just a few steps from your back door! The log burner creates a lovely cosy atmosphere in winter months.
