Les rues historiques, les musées et les églises cÎtoient les bars, les restaurants et les sociétés gastronomiques.
Quatre balcons donnent sur la rue animĂ©e et traditionnelle de FermĂ­n CalbetĂłn : l'un des meilleurs endroits de la vieille ville pour se mĂȘler aux touristes et aux habitants, qui envahissent la rue pour dĂ©guster un pintxo et une caña.

Sympathique

Petit appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, au centre de la vieille ville. Il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire. C’est sympathique. Propre, lumineux. Le propriĂ©taire rĂ©pond rapidement Ă  nos besoins. Seul point nĂ©gatif : bruyant dans la nuit les vendredis et samedis. Chose normale Ă  cause de la situation de l’appartement.. Je recommande fortement

The apartment was clean and worked great for our stay. We were centrally located to lots of great food and walkable to everything we wanted to see in San Sebastian! The thick windows and shades helped a lot with the street noise, but I always bring earplugs when traveling. The check-in process was a little wonky - combination of last minute Whatsapp messages and call with the property management to get access to the apartment, but once we got in and got the key it was fine. The shower valve seems a little off as it was hard to get the water cool enough to shower. Also, the bathroom faucet was very loose.

The apartment is situated right in the middle of the old district with bars and pinxtos literally at the door step. The apartment is small but very comfortable but the listing is not accurate. There is one bathroom only. Not two as indicated. The listing photos and information about bedrooms should also be improved. There is one bedroom with one double bed. And there is one other room with a door with a sofa bed but no hanging space or drawers.

Well located one bedroom apartment right in the heart of lively Old Town San Sebastian. Apartment was clean and comfortable, although could use a few updates. Overall was a good home base for my husband and I while we explored San Sebastian.

Ok price for parts of the year, but i have to say that this apt is not fit for summer housing. With no AC, you have to be a le to keep windows open at nights. And the noice outside is just overwelming.

It was right in the heart of bustling pintxos bars and restaurants and in between two gorgeous beaches. Optimal location for easy access to main attractions. You can definitely hear the crowds in the streets well into the night.

Be forewarned...

Checkin horrible- less than 24 hr notice that elevator not working (hence unable to consider other lodging) Unwelcome entryway a genuine construction site, non-working elevatorInitial wifi connection impossible, phone calls to host unansweredOn a cold raining night the two radiators did not work, when temperature was 52 and it felt like 42. Phone call to host who insisted radiators worked with no interest in addressing the issue. (Incidentally bare wires were exposed at the ends of each cord, a possible fire hazard.) Given the evening chill in the apartment, attempts to boil water (for tea) in the microwave proved futile. Microwave simply did not heat water. The linen had bloodstained spots.A separate comment is in order about the host’s complete lack of customer service. Her attitude was abrupt and dismissive and responses were given begrudgingly. On a final note, located in the very heart of old town Donostia it is well sited- next door to one bar and across the street from another, both remain open and loud until 3am. We cannot recommend in any way this apartment and host and in fact request a refund from the host/vrbo

Old Town Old San SebastiĂĄn

We had a very comfortable stay in San Sebastián. The apartment was clean and roomie for its Old Town location. If you are into Pintxos the location doesn’t get any better than this. Close walks to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host was communicative and responsive. We highly recommend staying at this Apartment in Old Town

Central location in Old Town

Nice property with a bed and foldable sofa. All essentials provided. Centrally located in the Old Town, next to bars, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The only thing that could be seen as a negative is that its central location means it get very noisy during the night, especially closer to the weekend.

Well appointed apartment with everything you need

This little apartment was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. The location in the old town was very convenient for the restaurants, shops and pintxos bars but this also keant it was very noisy at night .We arrived a little early and was pleased to be allowed into the flat by the very helpful manager. There is a lift currently being installed so you have to go up stairs to access the apartment. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Perfect location to experience San SebastiĂĄn

Great location. Literally everything you want to see, taste, or do is within a short walk. The apartment has all that you need for your visit. The washing machine is an added bonus for longer stays. Great communication with the host. Bathroom is snug but works well.

The apartment is in a great spot in the old town. Very central, everything is within 5 mins walking distance from the property. It's very lively at weekends which makes for a vibrant atmosphere, but if you're a light sleeper this might not be for you! Overall, a very nice place to stay in an amazing city.

Gute Lage aber zu laut

Wer direkt von der Wohnung in die nĂ€chste pica bar will ist hier genau richtig. Dann aber auch viel trinken damit man anschließend gut schlafen kann, denn obwohl alle Fenster geschlossen sind hört man jedes Wort von draußen. KĂŒcheneinrichtung nur befriedigend und Modernisierungsarbeiten im Treppenhaus geschlossen geschlissen

Great stay!

Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, the property was clean and well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! No air conditioning so it got a little hot during the summer, but they provided fans to help.
