Located in the heart of San Sebastian's Old Town, our spacious and newly renovated apartment is the perfect place for a city break.
Historic streets, museums, and churches coexist with bars, restaurants, and gastronomic societies.
Four balconies overlook the lively and traditional street of Fermín Calbetón: one of the best places in the old town to join the tourists and locals, who overflow onto the street to enjoy a pintxo and a caña.
The apartment has 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, and living room. Central heating. TV. Free Wi-Fi.

Excellent central location. Apartment is much bigger than it appears in the photos. Very responsive hosts. The only negative is that it can be quite noisy at night time ...but I guess that's the trade-off for the location. Having said that, it was very handy to just nip out the door and be at some of the best bars and eateries in a couple of minutes

There was a picture missing from the living room wall and no chairs to sit on, only a sofa bed. Curtains on the kitchen and living rooms would have been so that we didn’t have to let the slats down for privacy. A page or card outlining the procedures for leaving the apartment at the end of the stay such as linen and trash disposal would help. User manuals for tv, washer, shower and stove, please.

Well located one bedroom apartment right in the heart of lively Old Town San Sebastian. Apartment was clean and comfortable, although could use a few updates. Overall was a good home base for my husband and I while we explored San Sebastian.

It was right in the heart of bustling pintxos bars and restaurants and in between two gorgeous beaches. Optimal location for easy access to main attractions. You can definitely hear the crowds in the streets well into the night.

Great stay!

Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, the property was clean and well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! No air conditioning so it got a little hot during the summer, but they provided fans to help.

Great location

Really enjoyed staying here. Great location. Could not figure out how to turn on AC but opened windows and breeze worked fine. I would stay here again.

The apartment was clean and worked great for our stay. We were centrally located to lots of great food and walkable to everything we wanted to see in San Sebastian! The thick windows and shades helped a lot with the street noise, but I always bring earplugs when traveling. The check-in process was a little wonky - combination of last minute Whatsapp messages and call with the property management to get access to the apartment, but once we got in and got the key it was fine. The shower valve seems a little off as it was hard to get the water cool enough to shower. Also, the bathroom faucet was very loose.

Old Town Old San Sebastián

We had a very comfortable stay in San Sebastián. The apartment was clean and roomie for its Old Town location. If you are into Pintxos the location doesn’t get any better than this. Close walks to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host was communicative and responsive. We highly recommend staying at this Apartment in Old Town

Delightful stay in Donostia -San Sebastián

Perfect location within walking distance of the wonderful attractions San Sebastián has to offer. Parking nearby. Beautiful apartment with all the comforts on a street with many restaurants and shops.

Ok price for parts of the year, but i have to say that this apt is not fit for summer housing. With no AC, you have to be a le to keep windows open at nights. And the noice outside is just overwelming.

Central location in Old Town

Nice property with a bed and foldable sofa. All essentials provided. Centrally located in the Old Town, next to bars, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The only thing that could be seen as a negative is that its central location means it get very noisy during the night, especially closer to the weekend.

Perfect location to experience San Sebastián

Great location. Literally everything you want to see, taste, or do is within a short walk. The apartment has all that you need for your visit. The washing machine is an added bonus for longer stays. Great communication with the host. Bathroom is snug but works well.

Lively location, nice flat

Stayed for a few nights while solo traveling. The neighborhood had a lot going on, many bars and restaurants, walk to the beach. Very much enjoyed it.

Great stay

Fantastic location for being right in the centre of the old town. Few minor issues with some works going on in the apartments and checking in was a little tricky but we had full communication and was sorted in 10 minutes. Location is noisy so a rested nights sleep shouldn’t be expected but it’s a great party city

The apartment is situated right in the middle of the old district with bars and pinxtos literally at the door step. The apartment is small but very comfortable but the listing is not accurate. There is one bathroom only. Not two as indicated. The listing photos and information about bedrooms should also be improved. There is one bedroom with one double bed. And there is one other room with a door with a sofa bed but no hanging space or drawers.

The apartment is in a great spot in the old town. Very central, everything is within 5 mins walking distance from the property. It's very lively at weekends which makes for a vibrant atmosphere, but if you're a light sleeper this might not be for you! Overall, a very nice place to stay in an amazing city.

Well appointed apartment with everything you need

This little apartment was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. The location in the old town was very convenient for the restaurants, shops and pintxos bars but this also keant it was very noisy at night .We arrived a little early and was pleased to be allowed into the flat by the very helpful manager. There is a lift currently being installed so you have to go up stairs to access the apartment. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Cool flat I’m the heart of the action!

Overall it is was a great stay! The communication the day we checked in could have been much smoother. It is a very loud area, but we didn’t mind because we we’re in the heart of the fun! The area is amazing! If you want to be in walking distance to the fun this is a great place to stay. Make the 30 km trip to the France border!
