House is perfect. Outside patio and pool area. No table, parasol, or chairs on upper balcony [Fantastic space to sit and enjoy the views]. No parasol around pool area and seating at patio table very uncomfortable if wanting to spend time outside.

Casa Torres is a lovely townhouse in an excellent location for walking into the centre of Pollensa, Very comfortable interior and the outside space is relaxing, with a nice pool. Jose (the owner) who comes to service pool is friendly. Nordvillas are a good company to deal with too.

Our 4th or 5th visit. We know the compromises but we also enjoy the benefits. The only minor blips this time were: Only one sunshade for 8 people. Not a single sheet of toilet paper in any of the 5 bathrooms. Leaky fridge.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub gemeinsam als Freundesgruppe in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super, da sie auch über WhatsApp möglich war. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und vor allem groß gewesen. Es befindet sich mitten in der Stadt. Dadurch ergab sich der einzige Nachteil: Die Straßen sind sehr eng und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, neben dem Haus zu parken. Allerdings ist 5 Minuten Fußweg ein öffentlicher Parkplatz entfernt.

Das Haus war für unsere Zwecke ideal. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf dem Puig de Santa Maria ist fantastisch und der Ort Pollença ist sowieso unser Favourit. Wir lieben es zentral zu wohnen und Nachbarn zu haben (die man abends auch mal beim feiern hören kann). Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!!! Alles super!

Lovely property

We had a lovely week at this property. The location was perfect, an easy walk to town. We left our car at the carpark just at the top of the town to save us driving through the narrow streets, it was only a 1 minute walk away.
