Villa Paillote is a spacious contemporary villa with private saltwater swimming pool, located within walking distance of the medieval village of Sommières, in a peaceful natural setting. Set over two levels, the villa opens onto a landscaped garden of approximately 1,000 m², featuring shaded terraces, outdoor lounges and multiple dining areas. Large bay windows connect the interior living spaces directly to the garden and pool, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the house.
The saltwater swimming pool (9 x 4 m) is surrounded by sunbeds and relaxation areas, while a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue allows guests to enjoy long Mediterranean evenings outdoors. The property also offers a pétanque court, table tennis, trampoline and garden lighting, making it ideal for guests of all ages.
