GROUND FLOOR
You will find a spacious living area, that flows perfectly from one end of the property to the other, featuring an open plan kitchen, well equipped and fully integrated, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There are French Doors onto the patio and lawned garden.
The Dining area, is furnished with large table and eight chairs.
This room flows through to the relaxing family room, furnished with soft sofa, chairs.
There is Smart TV, free unlimited WIFI, board games, books are available when it is safe to share.
A separate utility room has a washing machine /Coat hangers.
A cloakroom with a WC is on this floor.
FIRST FLOOR
The delightful living room to the front of the house, has magnificent uninterrupted views over the Links, towards the sea.
Floor to ceiling bi-fold windows, open onto the balcony, giving the room tranquill feel.
There is a large Smart TV in this room and extra-large comfy sofas.
On this floor is one double bedroom and Bunk Room , both these rooms are tastefully furnished.
Throughout the bedrooms, all pillows and duvets are allergy free.
We supply crisp white bed linen , and a supply of large white fluffy towels.
The two bedrooms on this floor are serviced by a family bathroom with a bath /shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail
SECOND FLOOR
To the front of the property is a large king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that comprises of a fabulous double size walk-in shower, WC, basin and a heated towel rail. In this room is a sumptuous king-size bed and a separate dressing room.
There is also another further delightful en-suite Double Bedroom, with tasteful decor and is furnished to a high standard,

The property has parking for two cars, and addition car spaces are available nearby
The private enclosed lawned garden, has a patio,a table and chairs are provided.
2 dogs are very welcome.

Amble by the Sea is a little gem it as a lovely sea side holiday atmosphere, Lots of pubs and restaurants, unique shops in the Harbour area, and boat trips to Puffin Island.
To the Centre of the village you will find a lovely bustling high street.

Amble by the Sea is a gateway to the wonderful coastline of Northumberland and historic Castles, many golf courses, sea trips, masses to offer it is an amazing place.
