Appartamento Oltremare is located just 150 metres from the sea of Porto Cesareo, in a quiet area of the Peninsula of Strea. The beaches close to those Torre Squillace, just 1 km away, and the popular one which is located in the centre of Porto Cesareo, about 2.5 km. The first equipped beaches are about 5 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 15  per person per week.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
