Studio flambant neuf avec terrasse privĂ©e L'espace Ce STUDIO dispose d'une terrasse privĂ©e de 30 mÂČ avec vue partielle sur la mer, d'une salle de bain privĂ©e et d'une kitchenette. L'appartement est situĂ© dans un quartier magnifique et sĂ»r de Dubrovnik appelĂ© Lapad, Ă  seulement 250 mĂštres de la plage visible depuis la terrasse. Le quartier de Lapad regorge de restaurants sur la promenade de Lapad, de plages, de trampolines pour enfants, de bars Ă  cocktails et de sentiers pĂ©destres. Nous avons hĂąte de vous rencontrer et de vous accueillir !

Lapad fait partie de Dubrovnik (en fait la pĂ©ninsule) situĂ©e Ă  seulement quelques kilomĂštres de la vieille ville. La connexion avec la vieille ville est trĂšs bonne et le bus passe trĂšs frĂ©quemment. C'est une partie relativement nouvelle de Dubrovnik par rapport Ă  l'histoire de la vieille ville. Dans le passĂ©, c'Ă©tait la rĂ©sidence des marchands locaux et de la noblesse, mais elle est aujourd'hui en train de devenir la plus grande partie rĂ©sidentielle de Dubrovnik. La majoritĂ© des hĂŽtels et villas sont situĂ©s dans cette partie de Dubrovnik. Lapad, le quartier avec de nombreux bons restaurants, lieux d'hĂ©bergement, zones piĂ©tonnes et belles plages avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil, est l'une des parties prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©es de Dubrovnik. Pas autant de monde que dans la vieille ville, mais Ă  seulement 10 minutes, achetez un bus local, cela reprĂ©sente l'endroit idĂ©al oĂč sĂ©journer.

Special place!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and in an amazing location. The views were incredible and the amenities had everything we needed. Our host was so friendly and communicative, which made the whole experience even better. Truly a wonderful stay!

Incredible place, location and service!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was exactly as described. Beautiful place, great patio and awesome location! We were close to restaurants and Old Town. And the property manager was super helpful and responsive to our inquiries. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

The property was in a great location even the 120 steps up and down to the beach 😁 very clean and loved the balcony overlooking the bay. Very friendly host nothing was a problem.

Brilliant service!

Our stay was great, the location is really nice and only a short walk from the ocean. Slavica also recommend some restaurants to us, one of which we visited, it was really good! Check-in was easy and we were able to check-in early, which was great.

Fine place to stay for a night! Hosts are reactive. Bathroom could use an update, the shelf below the mirror is loose and things slide off and there is a bit of paint peeling in the corner. Cleaning up these things would make the place feel a bit nicer

Brilliant service!

Overall the house is very nice. The balcony has a beautiful view and it is perfect to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The house is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the old city of Dubrovnik. We found it very comfortable and fast instead of moving with the car. The host is always available and answers very fast to every request.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Absolutely loved my time here! Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The balcony had a great view, the location was great and close enough to everything, the bed was comfy and a great size, the bathroom was great and had everything I needed and the cleaner made sure the place was spotless every time! Also I stayed for a month and I got a brilliant price.. I had no problems at all and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great holiday at a great price! If I ever come back to Dubrovnik I will most definitely stay here again and would advise people to do the same! 5 ⭐:)

Suite was small but very clean . The large deck had a lovely view and partial water view of Sunset Beach. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen simple . ( 2 of everything but not matching!) A/C worked but something was loose causing a reparative sound which drove us crazy. Arriving we found the access to the suite very strange, you had to go past the deck of another suite and up a few very narrow stairs. Athletics required. The distances to beach and stores mentioned are accurate- if you are a bird. I counted 317 stairs. Up and down. My husband could not go out unless we hired an Uber. He has a heart condition- the heat and stairs would have caused great problems. I went up and down to get things. The stairs should be mentioned in the description . Cats roamed the property and had slept on the furniture cushions. They were covered in cat hair. Shops and restaurants near by but be ready for over 300 stairs down and up! Or Uber at 20 Euro each way as the street is different than the walk.

Great location, less touristy than Old Town

We stayed one night here on the way to Elaphite island tour. This was a great location away from the Dubrovnik Old Town craziness. The apartment was nice and clean. We had a great terrace. Check in was smooth. Owner was helpful with storing luggage after our checkout. It's very hilly everywhere in the area - 170 steps or so down to the beach (10 minutes at most), which we thought was fine, but wanted to mention if steps or exercise were difficult. We loved the restaurants all along the promenade, the beach nearby, and the mountain hiking across the beach. Convenient supermarket on the way to/from the beach. Did not take the bus to Old Town, but heard it was a short ride. Very nice stay. Good value apartment stay.
