Welcome to Avon View, a stunning and unique villa nestled on the edge of the New Forest, just 8 miles from Bournemouth Beach. This luxurious retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and privacy—set within 1.5 acres of gated grounds with breathtaking Avon Valley views and no immediate neighbors.

A great place for a family holiday - there was something for all ages - weather was superb and the small kids in particular loved the pool and hot tub. Timo was very attentive and sorted any problems very quickly.

Beautiful property. We were a multigenerational group ranging from 8 to 74 and there was something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great, and the games room was a huge hit. Cannot recommend enough.

We had a lovely few days at Avon View. The house and grounds are gorgeous with plenty of space and excellent facilities. No real need to go anywhere for entertainment but the local roads make it easy to get out and about if you want to. We were sad to leave and would love to return for another family get together.

Great property, with all the facilities we needed! The pool and the games room are absolutely amazing and really make this property. The accommodation suited us well with 3 bedrooms in the annexe for our older children and then downstairs an upstairs bedrooms in the main house. The hosts were quick to respond to all enquiries and they were really accommodating with our requests. We didn’t leave the house for our whole stay as we just loved it so much! I recommended this to groups and families… it was a perfect family weekend away for a special birthday celebration. Thank you,

We had a three generation, 4 night family holiday here, with six children under 10. They absolutely loved the tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub and cinema room in which they made wonderful dance videos. The adults enjoyed the tennis, table tennis and the full size snooker table, as well as the outdoor dining. We didn’t need to go anywhere else as there is plenty to do on site. The property is inside the Matcham’s Viewpoint area, close to the car park and the barrier to both comes down at 6.30pm giving security. It can be opened by guests. Timo was very helpful and responded quickly.

We had an excellent stay at Avon view, 18 of us 10 adults and 8 kids. The house is very spacious and so many different activities to do the kids were on the go every day! The tennis court, swimming pool and snooker table was a hit with everyone. The outside dining area with barbecue and open fire was used every night and was brilliant. All in all we had a great 3 nights at the house and would defo recommend! Thanks to Timo and Alena they were always on hand if we needed them.

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday, with 18 people ranging from 5-82 it was important there was enough space and activities and it didn’t disappoint, we barely saw the kids for 3 days but they didn’t stop all day, crashed overnight then started again the next morning. Happy kids equal happy adults so was a perfect break!

Timo was so hospitable and welcoming. From the first moment we arrived Timo was on hand if we needed anything at any time . The house was the perfect venue for our family of all ages to celebrate Christmas. The games room was especially a hit for all generations. Thank you Timo for a very memorable time !

We rented this wonderful property for a week, bringing together family and friends for an unforgettable vacation. The pool and games room were the central hubs for the week and both were superb for adults and kids alike. Ringwood is a very cute town nearby, with a farmers market every Saturday and a large Sainsburys and Waitrose for easy stocking-up (it’s also an easy hop on the National Express directly from Heathrow). Timo greeted us at the house and was on hand throughout the week to address any queries incredibly quickly, but was extremely discrete whenhe needed to enter the property and it was very private. The week we were there was uncharacteristically warm, but we found keeping bedroom windows closed with shades/curtains drawn during the day then opening the windows in the evenings meant the bedrooms didn’t get too warm for comfortable sleeping. Bournemouth beach is an easy 20 minute drive - though we only spent one day there, as the privacy and cleanliness of the pool amd house was a greater draw to most than the beach ! We would 100% return !

We enjoyed a lovely week’s break with the family. The house is very well equipped, and has enough to keep you busy without needing to leave. Communication with the host during the stay was excellence. The pool is a safe depth for children and a comfortable temperature. Very clean and well maintained house and gardens, and very secure with gated access, outside lights and CCTV. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be visiting again with the family.

Family birthday celebration

We had an excellent time here with the family. The facilities were great and the house lends itself to a family holiday. Only slight downside was the traffic noise from the A31. We were well looked after by Timo who sorted any little problems quickly. We would love to return one day.

I’ve just returned from this beautiful property, it had all a family would want , swimming pool,hot tub, games room.it was convenient to new forest,we aged between 85 to1 years of age,all where cater for.From the games in the games room to the games in the house, the utilities in the kitchen and the good size bedrooms. not to mention the barbecue,and the ability to have an open fire while barbecuing,since it’s been pouring down with rain.

Our family of 9 stayed at Avon View for 3 nights. We where in communication with Timo the home owner 3 days before our arrival and his communication was very thorough. He sent us all the relevtn information we requested and pinned locations for us to find our destination easier. Timo was waiting when we arrived and was very welcoming. We had a few minor issues which we sorted out within minutes. The house was warm and welcoming and very clean. The games room was a great bonus which the children and adults enjoyed. There is a little walk to the view point which is beautiful. Timo gave us information on what to do around the area which was very helpful too. All in all it was very pleasant stay.

We had the most fantastic 3 night stay - 15 of us & a dog. The house was spectular, kitchen fully equipped, large lounge and very spacious and comfortable for us all. 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus 3 bedrooms in the out house. Now to start with the games room - we utilised this daily night & day, with enough games to cater for us all. The host, Timo was extremely helpful and welcomed us upon arrival, always on the end of the phone if we had any queries. We will be back we had an amazing time! Thanks

Excellent house and grounds

Terrific property - lots of space - very well appointed and finished. Great kitchen, Four good bedrooms. Plot is huge and private - tennis court is very nice and our daughters loved the hot tub. Nice outside barbecue area that we used to meet some friends. Great indoor games room when it rained.

We loved our family's stay at Avon View. The house was large and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful holiday for a large family, with the highlights for us being the pool, spa and large garden. Susanna the owner communicated promptly and helpfully before our stay and Timo the Property Manager was there when we needed support and was extremely friendly. The house itself was extremely well appointed and we really appreciated the small touches that made life simpler, like the supply of coffee and barbecue fuel. Would highly recommend for a large group.

We are Susanna and Steven and we are the owners of Avon View. Steven’s son Timo runs this properties on a day-to-day basis, and we live a 10 minutes drive away. Our holiday letting service focuses on delivering family holidays with a superior customer experience: we supervise guest changeovers, we are onsite to welcome guests personally and we are available to assist on any matters that may arise during your stay.

Location, location, location! When we found Avon View with its exclusive hilltop location near Avon Castle and amazing facilities we knew we had found something special. We immediately fell in love with the place. Our vision was to create another exclusive holiday home for family get-together's. Central to our holiday proposition is a home where a family group of different ages can come together, providing rooms and space for everyone to be able to have their own peace and quiet. We continue to invest in the property to continuously improve the holiday experience. Please come and create new and wonderful memories at our stunning property!

Our property is situated in an exclusive and private location only 30 meters from a local hill top viewing point near Avon Castle. We are only 7 miles from Bournemouth Beach and 3 miles from the market town of Ringwood.

The property is luxurious family home with spacious interiors, bedroom and bathrooms, and the property enjoys a very large gated and private garden with a pool and hot tub!

The property has a large jacuzzi available all year round, a large sun terrace, an outdoor Pavilion with outdoor fireplace, and a conservatory with views into the spacious and enclosed private garden, which backs onto Conservation Woodland, and is only 30 meters from the View Point over Avon Valley. The garden has a private full sized tennis court and provides plenty of space for outdoor games and activities for children and adults. The summer house has second large screen TV for those popcorn movie nights. We also have a pond with residential Koi fish!

We have also converted the double garage into a Games Room with professional 7 foot pool table and table tennis giving another new focal point for the family holiday.
