Wonderful stay

It is a fantastic house- very smart and very well equipped. Excellent Gym. Very efficient and thoughtful host. Close to the beach. Ideal in every way.

Perfect venue if you're looking for style and practicality...

The house is beautiful and well resourced. It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and a short drive to other amenities. Richard (the host) was friendly, welcoming and helpful and we would certainly consider returning.

A wonderful holiday home.

From the outset, the hosts could not have done more to ensure our stay was perfect, from offering tips on the local area to ensuring the house was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and set up in a way to best suit all 4 families. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of space to socialise together. Fantastic location with shops/ cafes/ Sobo Beach being a short walk away. If we could give 6 stars we would! Cannot recommend highly enough. We are already planning to book again.

Perfect seaside stay

We had an excellent time at Richard’s house. It had the perfect set up for us: large living/cooking/dining space opening out into the safe garden for the children, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Richard was an amazing and thoughtful host who helped us maximise our stay. We hope to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house for a large family like ours.

Fabulous House and Great Location!

The house is ideal for a big family holiday, with lots of space and beautifully decorated to a high standard! The garden is lovely and perfect for small children to run around in or for a G&T in a sunny spot on the comfy garden furniture. Lots of added touches like a little hamper of goodies on arrival, Nespresso pods, beach towels, Sky in almost every room, and a great gym with aircon! The sandy beach is also an easy 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this house, and the host was great too, thank you Richard!

Golden break

We were welcomed by Richard with flowers, a super basket of local treats and even a helium ballon for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. House was spotless, very well equipped and perfect for our family which comprised teens, through to the grand-parents! Perfect.

Best holiday in England

We couldn’t have asked for a better house or host. The House was large enough for us all and very clean and decorated to a high standard. The garden was a good size with a nice seating area and room for the children to play. The host was incredibly helpful and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed which we did . We would definitely stay again

beautiful house near beach

lovely house with clever design and nice decorations. Rooms are clean and well ventilated. Amenities are superb. We are a group of 14 ages ranging from 5 to 70 throughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We are welcomed by the owner and he has provided many quality complimentary items in the kitchen. Small gym is an additional surprise.

Fabulous Girlie Weekend in Southbourne

We were a group of 12 ladies in our prime. The host Richard was welcoming and helpful. The house is stunning, all the decor and furnishings were impeccable and classy and it is all pretty much brand new. The house is a short walk to a local coop and a short drive to a supermarket and a 10 min walk to the beach. If you hire the whole house you have 3 kitchens so perfect in you are dining in. The only criticism was that the 12 of us couldn’t eat at the same table inside. However there is a wooden table in the garden that we could all sit around. We loved our stay in this beautiful house and the area has so much to offer, being only a couple of miles from Bournemouth, Sandbanks etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return

Beautiful house and location

We stayed here and loved the house and local area. The house is very spacious and comfortable and Richard and Paul (hosts) provided lots of information and were on hand if we needed anything. We were a party of 9 with age range from 5 to 78. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic house and location!

We stayed as a party of 10 from 2 to 69 in age and we all absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect - lots of room and privacy but also lots of social spaces for us to spend time together! Would highly recommend and would love to visit again. Richard was also a brilliant host and provided lots of information and wa on hand if we needed anything!
