Comfortable and functional apartment in Plaza España

Apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located a few blocks from Plaza de España, close to the Old Town and Barcelona's port. Very near the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many gastronomic options.



It has air conditioning, safe and free Wi-Fi connection.



The building is completely renovated with a modern style, while at the same time maintaining the Catalan and traditional vaulted ceilings.



The dining room has a sofa bed for an additional guest, a flat-screen television, a dining table with chairs and access to a small balcony.



The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00.



Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.



Towels and bed linen are provided for the stay.

Amazing property in great location!!

This stay exceeded my expectations. With a perfect location in the city of Barcelona and a clean, spacious home, this Vrbo was perfect for my short girls trip with my best friend. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore the city in a comfortable, clean, well organized stay.

Perfect Family Stay

My partner and I brought my grandparents to Barcelona for their first trip out of the states and this was the perfect location. Great size and views, comfortable and well designed interior, and conveniently located public transit for easily getting around the city. If you’re looking for something with more room to play games, relax, cook, and drink a glass of orange juice, avoid the hotels and stay here!

Close to metros and restaurants

The property owner was very responsive during the check in process. The apartment was clean. It is located near two metro stations and many restaurants. The street was quite busy and noisy at times. However, overall a good stay. We would consider staying there again should we visit Barcelona again.

Nice Apartment in Sant Antoni

The apartment was in a great location on the border of Sant Antoni and Poble Sec. There is an elevator, making this an ideal location for anyone who dislikes stairs. Clean and well furnished. While our flight arrived early morning and we could not access the apartment until late afternoon the management company allowed us to store our luggage at their office. This allowed us time to explore without schlepping heavy bags around. Would def stay here again if available.

Great Location and Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was great, an easy walk to many attractions and other neighborhoods, but also right of the subway line so it was easy to get around. The space was very clean and ready when we arrived. The hosts were generally quick to respond to things when we needed assistance. We had some trouble getting extra bedding and towels which was frustrating, but that was about the only hurdle. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend staying there when in Barcelona!

Our Barcelona apartment

Highly recommend this beautiful, clean and functional apartment in Plaza España, location is the best, 5 to 10 minutes Taxi ride to all the touristic attractions, streets and shopping malls, safe, residential neighborhood, nice restaurants and markets nearby. It makes a huge difference when you stay at the right place, specially when traveling with kids. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and fully functional. communication with Ola living was very smooth, they are responsive, helpful and reliable. I'll be staying at the same apartment if they have availability in the summertime for sure.

Decent apartment in Lisbon

The apartment was clean and comfortable for 3 people. Location is about 20 minute walk from Gothic quarter. Reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that there wasn't any toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. I let host know when we checked in but took 2 days to get a roll. Also, they didn't provide any coffee pods for coffee maker. All other places at least provided a couple to start with. The view off back patio from our second floor apartment was a wall, something they didn't show in the pictures.

Nice location, but some issues

The flat is conveniently located and generally appears as in the photos. Unfortunately on our second day we discovered bugs inside one of the pillows that we had been using. This was very gross and shocking. We sent Photos go th host but they did not initially reply at all. When we followed up again the next day they only offered for housekeeping to give a New pillow, with no acknowledgement of how awful the issue was. We already had other pillows, but it was hard to be comfortable resting in the bed after finding the bugs. On another occasion the power went out and when we messaged the host for help they didn’t to respond timely.

Really nice and clean appartement, grocery stores, fruit and vegetables, Little café near by. Métro near. Nice little bar with friendly staff! Really nice location! We adore that place. We just had problems with cell mobile key but plastic keys was available
