Apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom located a few blocks from Plaza de España, close to the Old Town and Barcelona port. Very near the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options.



It has air conditioning, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.



The building is completely renovated with a modern style, while at the same time maintaining the Catalan and traditional vaulted ceilings.



The dining room has a sofa, a flat-screen television, a dining table with chairs and provides access to a terrace equipped with sun loungers, a table and outdoor chairs



The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.



The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds and the second bedroom has a single bed.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower.



Towels and bedding are provided for the stay.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.

No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.
