This is a perfect location located in a safe quiet street in the heart of Barcelona. It is a perfect spot for two couples with two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining area. The blackout roller shutters in the bedroom a big plus. We felt safe and the apartment was very clean. Would stay there again. Walking distance to metro, taxi stand and express airport bus. Lots of great pastry/ coffee shops nearby. Host responds very quickly to inquiries.

From the beginning, our host was wonderful. He communicated with us regularly, met us T the property to explain everything. The property was immaculate and very comfortable. Its location is exceptional. We were able to get around easily. The shopping was close and the coffee shop nextdoor is perfect. I loved the balcony and appreciated the washer and dryer. Our apartment was clean and everything in the ad was accurate. Great location in the heart of town. Our host Antonio was very helpful and met us at the door when we arrived in taxi from airport.

Spacious and great location

Great central location with everything within a 30 minute walk for everything we wanted to do, though most within 15 and even a full grocery store less than 5 minutes away and many restaurants and bars.

Perfect spot for us, a family of 4. Our goal was to walk to everything and that we did. Plenty of places to eat, shop and do some sightseeing. Would stay there again.

Very average and overstated

We chose the place for the high rating. We are not picky people but this place from the graffiti entrance, dark hallway, small elevator and then overstated furnishings was a disappointment. We did like the location relative to places of interest. The towels must have been at least 10 years old. Curtains were stained and no shades to darker the rooms. There’s no hot tub, there was lots of noise at night with dogs and babies. Beds and couch are uncomfortable. I would recommend a different place.

Lovely apartment!

We loved the location. Walking distance to most things. Property was clean and spacious. Could definitely use some extra comforts (linens, blankets pillows, decor, extra kitchen food/ drink prep options). Having a washer and dryer was amazing! Host was a bit difficult and con courteous or accommodating. I asked for a pillow and blanket for fold out couch he said it had clean sheets and I only checked in 3 people. I boooked a home for 6 guests! When we opened couch it only had a disgusting dirty mattress cover and no sheets. Had to argue with him to get linens. I washed mattress cover and he eventually had one sheet dropped off. He is very rigid about collecting $ for tourist tax to receive the exact linens/ towels for each! Frustrating conversations while I’m trying to enjoy our family vacation

A gem in Barcelona

Hola! Our family of 4 adults could not have asked for better accommodations in Barcelona. The apartment is exactly as the pictures online and in a safe neighborhood on the 4th floor. The washer/dryer was a selling point for us as was the lift. Antonio met us for check in and explained everything in the apartment. He also outlined the area on a city map and gave recommendations for neighborhood places to eat. We wanted to live like the locals and stroll the streets daily. The Mercado (grocery) is just down the street and we had chocolate croissants in the morning as well as charcuterie fixings we made from there at the apartment. There was a Farmacia (pharmacy) at the end of the street. You don’t need a prescription for many medications. The kitchen had all of the necessities including an espresso machine with pods. You can login on the living room tv to your Netflix account, share a meal at the dining room table, organize your luggage and clothes in the built out closets in the bedrooms to settle in. There is so much to do in the area and we walked to many places or jumped in a cab. There was one pillow on each bed and extras for use would be nice and the sofa is a sleeper and I’m not a fan of them because they are never as comfortable as a regular sofa but those things were quickly overlooked because Barcelona is one of the prettiest, liveliest cities we’ve ever visited. Our family would highly recommend Antonio’s apartment for your Spain visit!

Perfect Location

This apartment is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, train/bus station. It's very quiet, clean and comfortable with all the amenities (Especially dryer). Antonio is very prompt and good with communication before, and during our stay. He was always a message away when we had any question and ready to help. When water heater has some issue, he started working on it the same day and fixed it. If we visit Barcelona again, we would love to say at Antonio's property.

Great location

The apartment is centrally located and you can walk to most major attractions. The air conditioning is fantastic. The washer and dryer is a nice touch for longer stays. We stayed in the apartment with younger children and we were very happy with our stay. Antonio was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t ask for more.

Loved our stay

The apartment was very coveniently located for sight seeing, shopping, restaurants and getting groceries for the apartment and was very nicely appointed. As two women friends, we enjoyed the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed the small balcony and being situated on an upper floor on a central, quiet courtyard. Anthony spent a great deal of time explaining the amenities/appliances in the apartment and orienting us to the apartment. Our only complaint was that the sofa and chairs in the common area were somewhat unconfortable to sit in, but we would still highly recommend the apartment.

Perfect location, great apartment

The apartment is lovely and has most things you'd need. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with laundry facilities in the kitchen area. It's located in a fabulous location, very central, but not in a really obviously touristy area. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Superb!

Best location in the city. Very comfortable. The elevator was appreciated after walking all day. Public transportation was convenient. Nicely appointed kitchen made breakfast easy. The two twin beds in each bedroom were very comfortable and each bedroom has a bathroom attached. This made it easy for the four of us to get ready each morning. The washer and drier were appreciated because we could pack light. Thank you!

Fantastic Location in Barcelona

The apartment is in a great location, right next to a metro stop. There is an elevator in the building which was great to get suitcases to apartment. The rooms were a good size and accommodated our party of six. The check in process was easy and could not have asked for a better arrangement. Overall a great place and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Barcelona is a large town on the north-east coast of Spain. If there were only three words to describe Barcelona City they would be Culture, Style and Harmony, and only for that, is an ideal place to visit.
Barcelona is full of interesting, artistic and fashionable people. The blending of cultures defines to Barcelona as one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. Barcelona has many tourist attractions which are worth visiting. The most famous attraction is La Sagrada Familia, a fantastic temple designed by Antonio Gaudi under construction since 1882. Other attractions are La Pedrera, a beautiful modernist building of Gaudi too, some of which were declare heritage site by the Unesco. The magic fountain of Montjuic, a light, music and water spectacle, and Miró, Picasso and FC Barcelona museums. There are many activities to do. Walking through the streets of Barcelona let you feel how the new buildings have evolved and integrated with the historic architecture. The Gothic Quarter, Eixample or The Ramblas are good examples.
Barcelona City is plenty of places to go shopping. Most of the main shopping areas are in pedestrianized zones with wide open boulevards. It is a Mediterranean city situated on the coast and so offers arrange of activities available on the sea front including a variety of water sports as we'll of fantastic beaches perfect for relaxing or taking long walks by the deep blue sea. The nightlife in Barcelona is exciting. There are a lot of music and dance clubs and bars opened in the small hours. On Saturday nights it is quite normal to see hundreds of people strolling up and down the Ramblas till early in the morning. Barcelona is a city that has something to offer everyone. This makes it a truly fascinating place to visit and it is said that once you travel to Barcelona it is hard to turn back.
This apartment is in the center of this wonderful city, within easy walking distance of all those places.

Best of all, it is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all places of interest to visit, and next to a metro station that communicates with other parts of the city. Access to the airport is straightforward, with the Aerobus leaves you in Plaza Catalunya, 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
