Very comfortable apartment, lovely location.

We stayed for a week in this very comfortable home from home. The owner Maui was very helpful and welcoming. With a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony we spent quiet hours relaxing. The resort offers a lovely walk along the coast pool areas were not crowded and well kept. We ate out in the local restaurants with plenty to choose from, there are a couple of bars nearby We would have returned in January however it was already booked, hopefully we will return later this year. Thank you Maui for a comfortable stay.

Great apartment

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely apartment over Easter. Our son, who was windsurfing at nearby Pozo Izquierdo (a prime windsurf location by the way), joined us for a couple of days and slept on the sofabed in the living room. Maui, the owner, was very friendly and helpful in all respects. Arrival and departure were easy. The apartment is very sunny, quiet, spotlessly clean and well equipped (oven, dishwasher, air conditioning, WIFI, etc.). Nice size double bed with a quality mattress. The terrace has a lovely view. The grounds are very well kept with a large swimming pool area, a restaurant and a bar. There is a friendly family atmosphere. Right in front of the ocean is a long boardwalk. At a five-minute walking distance you'll see a hotel and a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. It is definitely worth exploring the coast beyond the shopping mall where you'll find a charming little bay surrounded by palm trees and a couple of nice restaurants. There is a bus stop closeby but I recommend renting a car. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again on our next trip to Gran Canaria.

We have just returned from a great stay in This appartment, Maui is very welcoming and made sure we had a good stay. The appartment is in a great location with shopping, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. In addition Dinner show venue Garbos is only a five minute walk away.

Perfect apartment for a couple who want a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely week in Apartment 147 which is on a Tui complex. The apartment is privately owned and was very clean and well equipped. Maui met us when we arrived after a 20 minute drive from the airport. She showed us around and was so kind. The apartment had all necessary facilities for self catering including a cooker, dishwasher and washing machine and a lovely double balcony with retractable sunshades. It has a view over the sea and sun for most of the day. The apartment is in a quiet location away from the main part of the complex. You have use of the communal swimming pool on the complex. There’s a supermarket very nearby and restaurants in a lovely open square within the shopping centre, all within walking distance. We recommend a hire car to get around the island. You can park the car on the quiet road and there’s a shortcut to walk to the apartment. The roads are in good condition and everywhere well signposted. At the end of our stay Maui called us to check everything had been ok and she very kindly let us stay later on our final day as our flight home was early evening. Definitely recommend this apartment for a couple who want a relaxing holiday.

Wir verbrachten 12 Tage in der schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden für schöne Urlaubstage. Sehr ruhig und mit Meeresrauschen. Mit dem Bus waren alle Orte sehr gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an die nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen wieder.

Wundervoll

Wir waren eine Woche in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung und haben jeden Moment genossen. Es ist sehr sauber und ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer... Fußläufig sind einige Restaurants und auch der Strand des Nebenortes erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen :-)

Hat alles was man benötigt für ein entspannten Urlaub

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie Zuhause. Alle Sachen die man benötigt sind vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und mit Blick aufs Ozean. Das Bad hat ein Fenster oben, das angenehme Licht Tageslicht rein lässt. Bett ist bequem Vielen Dank Maui war sehr schön 👍😊

Nice clean apartment with views of the sea from the balcony. Good pool in complex and nice spa nearby which definitely recommend. Great facilities including wifi, sat Tv and washing machine. Playa Feliz is a family type hotel and Maui's apartment is towards the end and therefore nice and quiet. Places to eat nearby but recommend hiring a car to explore further although buses to maspolomas available. Would recommend.

**** Sterne – Apartment

Ein super schönes Apartment abseits vom Rummel der großen Hotels und Ferienorte. Spätestens beim betreten des großen Balkons beginnt der Urlaub. Es ist schon etwas tolles den Tag mit einem Frühstück darauf zu beginnen und den Abend bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier hier ausklingen zu lassen. Dem nahen Meer bei seinem stetigen auf und ab zu lauschen. Man findet das Apartment genau so vor wie es auf den Bildern beschrieben ist, lediglich Das Badezimmer entspricht nicht mehr dem aktuellen Bild sondern der Duschvorhang ist durch eine hochwertige Glasabtrennung ausgetauscht. Alle Aktivitäten die in der Apartment- oder angeschlossenen Hotelanlage angeboten werden, kann man mit benutzen, wie den Pool und die Liegen, dieses haben wir nur ab und an ausgenutzt denn durch den Mietwagen den wir den kompletten Urlaub gebucht hatten, haben wir sehr viele Touren auf dieser tollen Insel unternommen. Fußläufig ist ein kleines Shopping Center mit mehreren Lokalen zu erreichen, und das spanische Lokal welches sich gegenüber der Plaza befindet können wir nur empfehlen. Auch einen kleinen Hyper Dino Laden gibt es dort, in der Apartmentanlage befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe des Pools. Zur Apartmentanlage können wir nur sagen sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub auf Gran Canaria ist dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall unsere Erste Wahl wir kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Unterkunft- Fast wie Zuhause

Wer eine gemütliche Unterkunft etwas abseits vom Touristenzentrum Playa del Ingles sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Appartment befindet sich im ersten Stock in einer sehr gepflegten,bewachten Anlage direkt am Meer. Die meisten Appartments in der Anlage werden über einen Reiseveranstalter vermietet, diese ist von Privat und wird von der Vermieterin zeitweise noch selber genutzt, was man an der liebevollen und sehr gepflegten Ausstattung merkt. Der Ort selber ist eher ruhig, überwiegend skandinavische Familien. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftspool und ein Animationsangebot,wovon wir keinen Gebrauch gemacht haben. Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist ein Supermarkt, ein paar kleine Geschäfte sowie Gastronomieangebote. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, haben wir die Angebote im Ort nicht genutzt. Günstiger Einkaufen kann man beim Lidl oder den bekannten Supermarktketten wie Hyper Dino in Playa del Ingles oder in Vecindario. Der Flughafen liegt ca. 25 km entfernt. Playa del Ingles ist zu Fuß in 5 km zu erreichen, leider kann man nicht den ganzen Weg an der Promenade direkt am Meer laufen. Im Ort Bahia Feliz gibts in den Wintermonaten vorrangig Kies- und Steinstrände, welche bei Flut zu einem großen Teil verschwinden. Im Sommer soll es hier schöne Sandstrände geben. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns ein Naturstrand zwei Buchten weiter zwischen Bahia Feliz und San Agustin, mit viel Sand (bei Ebe) und flach abfallend. Zum Appartment: die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben. Das Bad wurde renoviert und ist hochwertiger, wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum selber Versorgen benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, eher harte Matratzen, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Im Schrank befinden sich genug Kissen und Decken zum Aufrüsten. Während unseres dreiwöchigen Aufenthaltes hat uns eine Freundin besucht und auf dem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa erstaunlich gut geschlafen. Insgesamt war die Untekunft sehr sauber. Ich würde mich zu der Sorte äußert pingelig zählen und haben mich sofort pudelwohl gefühlt. Sogar die Bezüge von Hocker und Sofa waren frisch gewaschen. Genügend Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Trockentücher sind vorhanden. Auch an anderen Extras mangelt es nicht, ebenfalls vorhanden ist ein Staubsauger, ein Safe und WLAN! Fazit: eine tolle, gemütliche, sehr sauberere und gepflegte Unterkunft zu einem super Preis! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Maui! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

A charming time

We spent the charming 4 weeks in Maui’s apartment in Bahia Feliz in October/November 2014. We have visited often at Bahia Feliz, because it is a very peaceful region. In the apartment was almost all, what we needed during our journey. Especially we appreciated a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and an air condition. All they worked well. The beds were good. Warm water was enough for two persons. From the balcony it was lovely to look at, when the sea glistened. The awnings moderated the sun’s heat. A safety box was also in the apartment, though it was not mentioned in the facilities at the side of net. Early in the morning the swims in the sea left out, because the shore of the sea was stony by the apartment. We had rented a car for the whole time of our journey. We could not drive beside the apartment, but we left our car slightly farther from the apartment. We were very pleased to the apartment and Maui’s kindness. We recommend this apartment. Nice Aparment

We celebrated a comfortable holiday in apartment in March. Maui came to us in the apartment whwn we arrived, she was very nice. The cozy apartment in located in a quiet Bahia Feliz. The apartment is really clean and well equpped. The Balcony views overlooking the sea. It is lovely to sit in the evenins sun. The poolarea is really close and its very nice. All the amenities, restaurants and shops, we missed was close the apartment. I recommend the spa visit. We reserve the apartment from Maui again, thats sure.

Very pleasant vacation

We arrived to this very well equiped,& spotlessly clean apartment, greeted by Maui. Location was ideal and very accessable by regular cheap public transport (24/7) from all destinations.Shopping, dining, sky diving & swiming pool close by. San Augustin & Playa Del Ingles are a safe leisurly walk from here. Maui was also very accommodating for our departure which was in late evening. We highly recommend this property & hope to return soon.
