Villa Kore is the perfect combination of luxury and timeless elegance overlooking the deep blue Cretan Sea. Enjoy the hot sun and the refreshing emerald sea, in a modern, yet classic, environment with a spectacular sea view. It is ideal for families or a group of friends, Let’s have a look!
Interior facilities
The Villa consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and it can host up to 5 guests. On the ground floor, there is the first bedroom, with an amazing sea view, which consists of a double bed and can accommodate one more guest in a single bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the same floor, there is the living room with a large comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, the dining area with seating for 6 people, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities you may need for a comfortable and easy stay. Fridge - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, dishes & utensils are included. This level has direct access to the pool the main terrace and an amazing sea view. Also, at this level, you will find one more bathroom, ideal for disabled or elderly people with mobility or balance problems. On the upper level, there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and an indoor Jacuzzi, ready to indulge your senses. Enjoy the amazing sea and sunset views directly from your bed or sit comfortably in the two lounge chairs on the balcony and enjoy your coffee and breakfast. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and TV.
Outdoor facilities
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, with a corner for children while gazing at the amazing sea view. Sit back in the comfortable sun loungers and relax under the sun. Also, there is a shaded dining area and a BBQ space for unforgettable cooking moments. Our little guests can spend their time pleasantly on the playground, found in front of the pool, with outdoor games for kids. The area has been planted with grass to avoid accidents.
Breakfast
Upon request, we can arrange breakfast in the villa at an extra cost. Ask us for the menu and the exact cost.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

The villa is located 20 minutes away from Kastelli, which is a small town well-organized with all the necessary amenities and facilities. The famous beach of Falasarna is just 1 kilometer away from the villa. The well-known beach of Falassarna is an ideal choice to swim in clear and emerald waters. Thanks to its unique location, Falassarna has many restaurants to taste Cretan food.
A few words about the name of the villa:
Kore (Greek: κόρη): The actual translation of the name Kore is the daughter or young woman, but it is also the modern term given to a type of ancient Greek sculpture of the Archaic period representing female figures, always of a young age. There are multiple theories on whether they represent mortals or deities. Perhaps they portray Persephone, the daughter of the goddess Demeter, who Pluto took to the underworld for her beauty. They also functioned as offerings to the gods or the dead.
