The property has two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin with zip/link feature and a TV, sleeping four guests. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath, as well as an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area, plus balcony doors that open up onto a balcony with seating. There is a designated parking space as well as additional parking available roadside. 10 The Point is a fantastic coastal property and is ideal for exploring Cornwall's north coast. Please note: On Tuesday 16th of April 2024, there will be a fire test at the apartments, during this time the fire officer will require access to the apartment while he is on site, this should be between 10 - 11am
